  Hi Beth, This is the first I have heard of the backyard, so please let Dane or I know when we can come and clean anything left by us in your backyard. We did send our gutter guy over to fix your 15-20 year old gutters and we can come back, if you are still having an issue. The water was running over the top of your old gutters, because we replaced the bad wood (at no cost to you and not paid for by insurance) and the roofing system we installed is thicker (architectural now-with a 50 year warranty, compared to the 20 year shingles that was half of the thickness. please call or text me directly if you cannot reach Dane or if you just prefer to contact me, at 919-348-6803 God bless

  These guys did a great job installing, but they have not paid the subcontractor that removed and replaced the solar on my house and I am not incollections because of it. They instead have pocketed the money and will not answer the phone. I do not like giving bad reviews, but it your are going to call yourself a Christian company, you are missing the mark. Disgraceful to say the least.

  Seems like a scam. Left marketing materials at my door with note stating they noticed storm damage which is false. I recently had a reputable roofer look at a leaking skylight and said the rest of the roof was in excellent condition. There are lots of roofing companies that do this - they try to convince you to perform unnecessary services at no cost (to you) because they will be covered by home insurance. This is why insurance rates are continually rising rapidly. Given the lack of affordable housing in our country, it is a shame these tradesmen don't apply their skills to truly needed builds/repairs.

  Thanks for sharing! This is not a scam. We are all Christians (at Local Quality Roofing). We are professional and when we inspect roofs, if we don’t think you have damage, we tell you that. If we do think you have damage, we recommend the insurance company sending someone they trust to look at it and decide. So, if it is a scam, the insurance company would have to be in on it. I am sorry you feel it is, but we do quality work, otherwise we couldn’t offer the 50 year 5 Star warranty (only 2% in the industry are qualified to offer) on all of our installs.   Rick and Ralph from Local Quality were awesome to work with. They did a full roof replacement through my insurance, we had to rebuttal their denial letter, but we got them to rescind the denial. The roof looks amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Very prompt and got new roof done very quickly. Rick Finley managed the job. Crew was done in a day and you would not have not known they had been there (except for the new roof). Good price, great quality material, great service!

  I had a fantastic experience with Local Quality Roofing! Matt B, Chris and Tim all came out, getting on the roof to complete an in-depth inspection. I truly appreciated how thorough and professional they were from start to finish. They took the time to carefully review everything, clearly explain what they were seeing, and answer all of my questions. The repairs needed were very minor, but they handled them promptly and efficiently. More importantly, they gave me peace of mind by ensuring my roof is in great shape and set up to maintain several more years of durability and protection. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and quality workmanship. I highly recommend Local Quality Roofing, and a big thank you to Chris and Tim for the excellent service!

  Local Quality Roofing inspected my roof and identified wind damage. They then assisted me in submitting a claim to my insurance company. The removal of my old shingles and installation of new shingles was completed in one day. The installers cleaned up exceptionally well at the end of the day. I am very satisfied with how the entire process went and would not hesitate to recommend Local Quality Roofing.

  Local Quality Roofing in Garner, NC did a wonderful job on my new roof. Thomas Cintron provided samples and told us about homes nearby so we could see the shingle colors we were considering. Thomas walked me through the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable and such a personable salesman to work with. I couldn't be happier working with him. I highly recommend Local Quality Roofing. P.S. materials were delivered on time and cleanup was excellent.
