  Do not believe the high review ratings you see here do some deep diving on reddit and other spots this is a company referred to as storm chasers. 3 years ago I got involved with this company and the original salesman was wonderful. He pulled a shingle from my home to have it sent out to determine if i could get full replacement under ohios shingle match law. Suddenly communication stopped and after a couple months I finally contacted someone who told me he had passed away so this man took over my project. Since he didn't have the original shingle the process started over and this new salesman pulled another shingle from my roof. Again the cycle repeats itself and communication ends. This time i emailed corporate and was finally talking to someone who seemed to care. They contacted the Youngstown office. They proceed to tell me the man working on my project was dealing with some personal issues and that there "regional or district manager was gonna assist the 3rd salesman to make sure i was taken care of. Well you guessed it. Another shingle was pulled and again nothing was done. Communication non existent. Finally got a hold of them and they came back to replace 1 of the removed shingles and I never heard from them again. So this is over 3 years of being run around and lied to. I have had 2 reputable contractors the last 2 days come and get me an estimate and they both called lifetime quality roofing storm chasers and proceeded to tell me they pay for the reviews which is why they are so good. I am letting everyone know what's going on. I am filing a report with the BBB and currently waiting on a call back from my attorney. I will also be calling their corporate office to let them know how incompetent everyone in the boardman office is. Finally if you are in a similar predicament I advise you to document every single bit of communication as i have. Emails, text messages, everything. Do not hire this company.

  This company is horrible I’ve had tarp on my roof since last year!! They don’t do anything they had a employee who was working with me and he left the company and not one person reached out to me they most recently patched the roof and the leaking in my inside is due to their neglect I am still waiting for a call from them and no one has contacted me!! Every time it rains it gets worse!! Don’t let this company on your property!! Awful service!!!

  My experience with Lifetime Quality Roofing was great. The workers who replaced my roofing worked diligently, which resulted in my roof being beautiful when finished. I want to thank Jeff Miller for recommending this company and his assistance and his patience in getting the process started and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Lifetime Quality Roofing.
