  They got our roof covered through insurance company following hail damage. They explained the process completely. Delivery of materials got messed up but they got on it right away and roof was completed as promised.

  Roof replacement was made so easy working with Mark McClain was very rewarding, he got us a new roof thru our insurance company so fast. We had no idea of the damage we had, till Mark inspected our roof and most of the damage was cause from high winds and storms we had back in March of this year. Mark is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, quick with making everything come together and always follows thru with any questions and concerns. Using this company to replace my roof, left me with great relief, knowing my home has a brand new wonderfully priced roof for around 13,000$, and peace of mind for many years to come. Thank you Lifetime, for making your costumers #1. I would gladly refer your company to anyone.

  The customer service that I have received during my process was wonderful, they are really working with me and my insurance company to help get my roof fixed and I feel very confident in the outcome, we are still waiting to hear back from the insurance company, but the guys from Lifetime Duality were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous, I almost feel like I have known them my whole life...lol. They have been back several times to see how things are going and to assist me , they are just great people, I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

  Great company to work with we go through the entire claim process with you and answer any questions during the entire process from inspection to job done. We work hard for our customers insuring your getting the best payouts through your insurance or a very reasonable and competitive retail value.   Jason Beaston was a huge help in getting things squared away with our roofing issues. Always on time and was in contact with us through every step of the process. All our questions were answered and if he didn't know he found out and got back to us in a timely manner.

  This was my first time having my roof inspected, and Ronald made the whole experience very easy. He was respectful, answered all my questions, and explained what kind of roof I have and how the insurance process works.   I was very skeptical at first when I learned about a free inspection for roofing. Sounded like a trap some companies do. However, Emmanuel was very kind, soft spoken and reassuring about it. Emmanuel not only explained to me about the business and what they are about and what they do, but he also made me feel heard when I spoke about my roofing predicaments. With the winter season rolling around the corner, I knew I needed an inspection soon. Being my first time owning a home, I couldn’t be happier with Emmanuel’s services and knowledge.   Ronald inspected our roof and found hail damage we didn’t even know about. He explained that filing the claim early can prevent future insurance issues, and he helped us every step of the way. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Great experience overall.

  I had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman named Manny, he was professional and knowledgeable. We had some storms this season that I thought had damaged my roof but when Manny inspected my roof he found there was no damage. Considering how polite and professional he was, I will definitely be calling him back if I have any damage in the furture. I would definitely recommend lifetime quality roofing and especially Manny.
