  Hello Mrs. Slater, we apologize for your experience. We have looked into your file, and I see that there was a lot of miscommunications amongst our team during the scheduling process. Also, the team members involved did not stick to our customer care processes. We have been extensively working on the root of this since. We do not see any notes in your file expressing you were dissatisfied when the project was completed in March of 2025, so we apologize that this was missed by our boots on the ground team members.   This company is shady and less than honest. Buyer beware.

  Mr. Bryant, we are sorry you feel this way, but this is not accurate. Our team came out and did an inspection at your church at no cost. We identified storm damage and helped you get paid to reroof half your church through your insurance company. Although you believe that you needed a complete new roofing system, the funds provided by your insurance carrier were only enough for half a roof and you were unwilling to pay out of pocket for the other half. Although we were willing to dispute the claim alongside you, you were unwilling to commit to allowing us to install the roof if approved. As much as we love helping people, as a business we cannot spend thousands of dollars and countless hours disputing a claim with no commitment from you to allow us to do the work or reimburse us for the expense. Our team worked with you for free for 4 months and you were unwilling to cooperate with us. As we mentioned on our last call, we hope you found a contractor who better suits your needs.   This company cold called me and gave out my address before even confirming it was me they were speaking to. When I asked who they were and why they are calling, they hung up on me. I had to call 12 times to even get to someone who would answer my question as to why they had my address and why they would freely give it out before even confirming who they spoke with. It was a terrifying experience and extremely unprofessional. Shady business if you ask me

  My husband and I needed to have our roof re-shingled and our gutters re-done this year and we couldn't be happier that we went with Lifestyle Exteriors! Their professionalism throughout the whole process was refreshing, and the work done was amazing! Their pricing was also very reasonable - we highly recommend!

  Though I chose a different company for my specialized roof replacement as they did not offer exactly what we chose to do, I did want to share that communicating with Noah was legit, timely and appreciated. He's knowledge and professional. I will be calling again when I'm ready to for our next roof project as they were competitive in pricing.

  Very pleased with the process, communication and ultimately the new roof that Anthony Montani and the crew at Lifestyle Exteriors provided. Anthony did a fantastic job of identifying the need for the new roof and justifying it for the Insurance company, as well as assisting in the selection of shingles. It was amazing to see how fast and efficient the crew was. 1 day and it was done! Clean up was done well and they even replaced a couple of light fixtures that were broken during the process. High Quality company and Anthony was the epitome of professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to work with Lifestyle Exteriors again.
