  I would give 0 stars if ai could. I am not a customer, nor will I ever be due to my experience with one of their drivers! Someone in a Legacy Roofing truck cut me off, and when I honked at him for his carelessness, he screamed obscenities at me and flipped me off. Do you seriously have no standards for your employees when they’re driving company cars???? Do better!

  Didn’t think a non-customer could review, being an unknown 3rd party tenant and this being a situation they aren’t familiar with. Because of an HVAC company mishap and multiple insurance companies working through a claim we shouldn’t be reviewed by a non-customer for what was truly an unfortunate situation. The roofing work we did was finished in a timely and proper manner. We are continuing to work through a difficult insurance situation and will always stand up for our customers and this community.

  They advertise free estimates on solar installation and then wanted to charge me $500 before they would give me the estimate.

  Paul, solar system and Tesla SolarGlass estimates are always free. We’ve never charged for the initial appointment, system sizing and estimate. The only time you incur a $500 fee is when you approve of the price on your Tesla SolarGlass estimate, we send you the invoice and you pay $500 for the design fee as a part of your roof build. We give full pricing details right up front for both standard solar and Tesla SolarGlass estimates. Not sure where the confusion arose here, but it is unfortunate to see a 1 star review based on inaccurate information. We are a grassroots local company that is extremely focused on customer satisfaction and this kind of thing hurts our small, local business. Please reach out to us ASAP and we’ll be glad to help clear this up.

  Legacy Roofing was quick to schedule a visit to our home (less than 24 hours), and Jadin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kindly answered any questions I had. They'll be the first folks I call next time we have an issue.

  Jesse was the roofer to come out to take a look at our roof. We have a 17 year old roof so we have some wear and tear on it. So Jesse came out and was on time to the appointment. He came out and checked our roof, he showed pictures and specifically specified what needs to be done. I totally recommend!

  We had Legacy Roofing help out with a Roof Repair and we couldn’t be happier. We were in a bad place with a Disaster Company who screwed us over and Legacy was quick to get us on the schedule. We appreciate the quality work from the roofer and the communication from the rest of the team. Definitely recommend them for any roofing needs. Thanks again!

  I was scared to have a bid, But Tanner was extremely helpful in his knowledge and he seemed very professional. He did not make me fill like an idiot for my small concern on a little repair. He even showed me how to do it myself. Stupid single shingles. Whenever I need more roofing needs I know exactly who I will call. Thank you TW.

  Although I’ve never used them personally, I’ve had family and friends who have and they are awesome to work with. Very professional and they do a great job and have great customer service. If the need ever arises, they will be the first call I make.

  I had Tanner Walsh come out to give me an estimate to see if I had damage to my roof. Excellent customer service, very honest, knowledgeable, and would highly recommend Tanner and this company!
