  Rhett Hansen referred my husband and I to his Public Adjuster, Arnulfo (Arnold) Escamilla and after completing and working with our insurance company they walked away with $17,000 and Rhett says its all Arnold that took the money BUT if we give him another $5000 he will come put our roof on….. we have no roof repair completed and the $17,000 is gone. Our deductible was already deducted from the proceeds before our Insurance company processed the claim.

  Penny, we are sorry this has happened and that the public adjuster has been unresponsive and seemingly stolen the Insurnace money. The public adjuster is not apart of our company and you hired them independently. Also, You & Legacy are both taking legal actions against them to help recover the funds paid by the Insurnace company. That being said we have offered to cover the insurance proceeds paid to be able to get your roof replaced. Your only out of pocket is the deductible which is required by law for the insured homeowner to pay in order to get the final payment released by the Insurnace. We have also offered to give you no interest financing on this amount so you are not having to pay anything more than required by law. Please reach out to me directly so we can continue with getting your roof replaced without any additional funds or loss from your pocket. We are willing to do everything we can to get your roof replaced within the legal framework required by Texas and insurance regulations. All of that said, this review does not represent any information on the quality of work that we do for our customers.

  We recently had our roof replaced by them, and I couldn’t be happier. Their communication was excellent — they explained each phase and even shared drone photos of the progress. Griffin(sales) and Angel(PM) were awesome, handling everything professionally and fixing a small uneven line quickly. Angel also assured me to reach out anytime if issues arise, which was very reassuring. The team finished on schedule and did quality work for the roof. Highly recommend Legacy Roofing!
