I had Britt Rose and the Legacy Ridge team replace our roof and couldn't be happier with the result. They showed up when they said they would, used quality materials, followed best practices, and completed a large, fairly complex roof in just two days from tear-off to completion. I spent a lot of time researching roofing systems and chose IKO Nordic Class 4 shingles in Shadow Brown. The color matches our brick beautifully and the house looks fantastic. The crew worked hard, protected the property, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. Roofing is one of those projects where details matter, and I appreciated that they took the time to do things correctly. I would not hesitate to recommend Britt Rose and Legacy Ridge to anyone looking for a quality roof replacement.

We couldn't be happier with our new roof from Legacy Ridge! From start to finish, the whole crew was professional, friendly, and took pride in their work. The roof looks amazing, and the attention to detail really shows. One thing we noticed right away is that our house stays cooler. We actually had to turn our thermostat up a degree instead of down, and it's still just as comfortable. That's something we definitely weren't expecting, but it's been a great surprise. They also did an outstanding job cleaning up. Not a single nail or piece of trash left behind. They treated our home like it was their own. If you're looking for a roofing company that does quality work and stands behind it, I'd recommend Legacy Ridge without hesitation. Thank you for giving us a roof we're proud of!

Right from the start we were impressed. Eric was informative and not high pressure on sales. Britt was excellent and answered all our questions when he measured and ordered. The best part was watching Riley and Misha and Addison work. …

I can’t say enough good about legacy Ridge Exteriors. When Scott and Britton met with us to bid the project they were honest about every aspect of what we needed. No pressure, no hype. They assured us that they could do a great job and they didn’t disappoint. We now have an entire new roof as well as excellent cladding around the doors making them look like new. The cleanup went well and we are totally satisfied. I highly recommend them!

We had Legacy Ridge replace the last remaining front window on our home after another contractor left the project unfinished. From the initial estimate through installation, the experience was exactly what we were hoping for. Eric was responsive, communicated clearly, and did what he said he would do. The crew showed up on time, treated our home with care, and the installation was clean and professional. The new window looks great and matches the rest of the house perfectly. After dealing with a long, frustrating experience on the original project, working with Legacy Ridge was a breath of fresh air. They restored our confidence that contractors can still be professional, honest, and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Scott Garner and his excellent team just completed a roof replacement for my mom. Scott and everyone at Legacy Ridge have been amazing to work with. They are very transparent with their pricing and their communication is outstanding. They show up whe they say they will and their work is top notch. I can't rate them highly enough!

My wife said she wanted a new front door and new windows, but I didn't think we needed them. So we compromised and now we have a new door and windows. I have to say she was right. I can't believe how much less heat comes through these …

Legacy Ridge Exteriors did an excellent job our roof. Their crew worked long hours to complete the job in three days: tear off in one and replacement in two. Started about 7:00 and finished about 21:00. When they left each day, they picked up much of the scrap. At the end of the job there was nothing left to show they had been there except new shingles. The gutter team came the next day to replace the downspouts. They again worked efficiently and left no scrap behind. I expect to be doing additional work with Legacy Ridge. Scott Gardner explained the work that needed to be accomplished with several photos. He was on-site several times during installation to ensure all work was being completed. He then provided other photos to demonstrated all work was finished.
