  We had our house reroofed by Legacy in 2016. Now we are in the process of selling our house, and we find out from an inspector that Legacy never connected our bathroom vent to the outside, so rthere was excess moisture in our attic. We have contacted them repeatedly, and they will not responded! It needs to be corrected NOW before there is further damage. We are very disappointed in this company.

Our company was founded in 2019, so we were not in business at the time your roof was redone in 2016. That said, we’d still love the opportunity to help you resolve the issue.   We were extremely impressed with our consulting and quoting experience with Legacy Construction. Micah was fantastic to work with—thorough, kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Communication was top-notch, he took the time to understand our needs, walk us through options, and help us make the best decisions for our basement remodel project.   We were extremely pleased with the entire experience with Legacy. We needed our roof completely replaced and they did a wonderful job with everything. Communication, punctuality, cleanliness. Even our neighbors commented to us on how nice it looks and how quick it went. Highly recommend!

  Legacy Construction did an outstanding job on our 3-season porch project. I'm a bit picky and expect contractors to perform at high standards, and Legacy Construction consistently met and exceeded those expectations at every stage. We especially appreciated our project manager, who kept us well informed and on track throughout the entire process. When any issues came up, we discussed them openly, and they were resolved quickly and fairly thanks to our project manager’s responsiveness and professionalism. I also want to mention that our sales representative was fantastic — fully engaged from the very beginning and a great resource throughout. Everyone from the various construction trades delivered quality work — they were friendly, courteous, professional, and treated our home with respect. I would absolutely recommend contacting Legacy Construction for your next project.

  Wind storm that tore off a dozen or so shingles. Called them and they sent out 3 guys within an hour to weather proof the roof. No other place would even consider this! 3 gentlemen in the rain on my roof fixing this. Can’t say enough. In addition, they inspected my attic for free and took many pictures for me to understand and review. Reason for 4 stars? Seemed very pricey and they would not identify themselves on texts/communications. They would just text without their name/number/company info. Definitely recommended however. Thank you gentlemen!!!!!
