  UPDATE: As of May 5th 2025 our sky lights still leak and they are stil the wrong ones they ordered. We had skylights that vented now we have closed leaking ones. UPDATE - 8/29/24 - THEY STILL ACT LIKE MY ROOF IS OK. AFTER THE RECENT STORMS WE FOUND EVEN MORE STUFF WRONG ON THE ROOF NOW- THEY PATCH WORKED UP THERE. THIS COMPANY STILL HAS NOT FIXED THEIR HORRIBLE WORK AND THE ROOF IS STILL NOT FIXED AS OF 8/15/23- DO NOT TRUST THEM DURING THIS HAIL CYCLE READ BELOW OR MESSAGE US! There may not be enough space to add how bad this experience was so if we need to we will add another. This started off as a terrible experience from the start. The sales rep Robert knocked on the door and proceeded to do the fast talking sales pitch. he led us to believe they were master level roofers when in fact we have found out they are not. We mention that because it matters when things go wrong and what is warrantied. Robert then ordered a start date and left roofing products sitting in our driveway for over a month because the wrong skylights were ordered. Then as they were replacing the roof they took our heating coils off and did not replace them back properly which now has caused water damage in our walls, trim & home...and yes we have all the pics to prove it as they will lie. They also cut down our direct tv satellite and I had to go in the dumpster to retrieve it.; Another problem is no one from the company that came out to fix the roof spoke English. So they could not under stand they cut my satellite. This was also a problem when I told them they put roofing shingles and nails in my pool. They also caused about $2000 in lawn damage. The truck they used hydraulics systems broke and put poisonous gas all over our yard. OHH yea we have pics, and they have not paid for all of this either. We still have ruined skylights that have a weird blue paper hanging out of them that they cant explain or have they fixed. We have never had water in our home since we moved here...and they

  I have received multiple unsolicited calls from this company despite telling them to not call and being on the national do not call registry. I can barely use my phone after getting hail in my neighborhood because of companies like this. Give your business to a company that doesn't use scummy tactics and harass people for business.

As there is no excuse for this, I personally apologize as this was a new company we were using but after being notified about this complaint we have terminated our contract with that company as we do not conduct business like that and respect our customers privacy. Again, I am sorry for any harassing phone calls that you may have received but I can ensure that this matter has been addressed and you should not receive any more calls.

  I had plans on using this company for multiple projects after reading reviews and also being recommended to, but after the hell of experience I had dealing with gettint my roof replaced the crew that came damaged property, was unprofessional and the person overseeing it had poor communication this will be only time I'll use them unfortunately the owner of the company reached out but by that time the damage was done

  I had a wonderful experience with Exteriors Plus and couldn't be happier with my new roof! Ian Newby was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I also felt their pricing was very competitive. The roofing crew did an excellent job, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were finished. My new roof looks great, and I'm very pleased with the quality of the work.   Had some roof vents that were leaking and damaged shingles that needed attention. Ian Newby came out, got the work done quickly, and took time to explain everything clearly along the way.   We had a roof repair emergency right before listing our house, and Will came out the morning after I called to inspect the damage. He gave us a reasonable bid and got his crew scheduled fast enough that the repairs were completed before our MLS listing went live. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was courteous and professional, and they really came through for us when we needed it most.

  After another contractor accidentally damaged my roof and gutters, I found Exteriors Plus through a Google search and reached out to them. Alonzo came out quickly to assess the damage, provided an estimate fast, and after submitting it to their insurance company, had a crew at my house right away to repair the roof, gutters, soffit, and fascia. The work was done well, the communication throughout was solid, and everything was completed promptly—I'm very satisfied with how Exteriors Plus handled the whole situation from start to finish.

  Joe from Exteriors Plus came out to our Minneapolis home to repair our soffit, and he was prompt and really took the time to explain what was going on. Instead of pushing us toward an expensive replacement, he found a smart solution that saved us a ton of money by fixing the metal piece rather than replacing it. His problem-solving approach and straightforward communication made the whole experience stress-free, and we're definitely calling Exteriors Plus again the next time we need work done on our home.

  Ian from Exteriors plus did a small siding repair project for me. He was extremely responsive, very professional, the work was excellent, made sure our neighbors knew what was happening, and ensured the mess (including a magnet for nails and screws) was cleaned up.   We are very happy with our new patio door. Exteriors Plus went over the top on this install. On time which is quite rare these days. The price was less than all previous quotes.
