I don't post many reviews, but in this case I am compelled to do so. I can't say enough good things to express my experience working with Gula Construction. I recently served as the project manager for a church vestry project involving the installation of a vertical platform wheelchair lift in our 100+ year-old building in St. Louis Park, MN. This was a significant undertaking for our small parish, as we were concerned about maintaining the aesthetic integrity of our space while improving accessibility. The project required demolition, framing, drywall, concrete work, finish carpentry, painting, and electrical work. Every service exceeded my expectations. Everyone who stepped foot in the church was extremely polite and respectful. Dmitriy was phenomenal throughout the entire process, providing meticulous leadership from the initial stages to the final inspection. He offered economical suggestions that saved us money and ensured the work matched our existing space perfectly. We successfully added a wheelchair lift while preserving the look and feel of our church environment. It was an absolute win-win. We are already consulting with Gula Construction for our next project, and I highly recommend their general contracting services to anyone!

We had not one but two hail storms. The damage was extensive from our shingled roof, vinyl siding, windows and doors to our brand new metal pole shed with a custom overhead door; Dmitriy worked hard and was able to get everything repaired and replaced. He even made sure to take care of the hidden issues that could have later turned into larger problems. He kept us informed and ensured we were happy along the way. This was a big project made so much easier with his help. We appreciate everything.

Gula Construction did a fantastic job on replacing an existing flat roof with an EPDM flat roof in Minneapolis. It wasn't easy finding a contractor that installs flat roofs, so I feel very fortunate that someone recommended Gula Construction. They were very affordable, and Dmitriy is so nice to work with.

We hired Gula Construction to work on our kitchen remodel. Everyone on the team was great to work with and were very helpful in getting our big box store cabinets to fit the space, as well as being able to make unexpected but needed changes. Would recommend!

After a 2021 hail storm Gula Construction helped us be one of the first in our neighborhood to get a new roof. They also helped us get all new siding the insurance company wanted to only patch. The roofing, siding and gutter crews were easy to work with and did a great job. From our experience we highly recommend Gula Construction.

🏗️ Why Timing is Everything for Your Home Addition Thinking about expanding your living space? When it comes to home additions, "later" often means "more expensive." At Gula Construction, we know that a timely start is the secret to a stress-free build. Here is why you should get your project on the calendar now: Beat the Permit Queue: Local building permits can take weeks (or months).
