The critical reviews

The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

We hold no one or two-star review text for League City Roofing Company. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

As a landlord, I appreciated how organized the standing-seam metal roof replacement crew was. They kept everything tidy and did a thorough cleanup, then walked me through the completed work so I could see it matched what we discussed. Overall, the process made it feel straightforward and well handled.

The EPDM single-ply membrane replacement gave us a lot of confidence from start to finish, and it was handled in about 4 weeks from the initial inspection through completion. We were glad we chose League City Roofing Company. Grady’s team communicated clearly and stayed organized, and as a building owner I appreciated the property care and cleanup that kept the area looking neat the whole time. Since it wasn’t an insurance claim, we approved the written replacement scope and scheduled the work directly.

We chose the EPDM single-ply membrane roof system, and Jorge walked.

The standing-seam metal roof replacement turned out exactly like we were hoping it would—once the process got going, it felt confident and under control. We had a charcoal finish with standing-seam metal panels, plus underlayment, custom trim, flashing, and ridge components. Our contractor was League City Roofing Company.

I noticed the property-protection details right away, and that helped set the tone for how smooth things felt during the storm-related asphalt shingle roof replacement. The landlord had concerns about event-related damage on an approximately 25-year-old roof, and League City Roofing Company protected plants and exterior surfaces, controlled the debris path, and organized materials away from entrances. They also met the adjuster, documented the roof conditions, and helped explain what was included in the carrier scope under the storm claim.

From the start, the timeline and communication were straightforward—phone and text updates from the estimate through closeout for the commercial retail building. The owner’s main focus was addressing recurring issues on an aging roof with a …

I found League City Roofing Company through their public listing and online research, and I’m really glad we reached out. Ross made the replacement feel organized from the start, especially with the schedule, prep checklist, and clear daily start-time expectations the homeowner received in advance. We ended up with Owens Corning architectural shingles in a driftwood-style blend, plus synthetic underlayment, starter shingles, ridge caps, and new pipe boots. What stood out most was the closeout—cleanup was verified, we reviewed photos of the completed roof, and Ross walked us through the next inspection or warranty-registration step. Their communication was exactly what I wanted as a homeowner.

We had a roof that was literally falling apart in places, and we weren't sure if the underlying structure could handle new shingles. Anthony came by to assess things and actually helped us think through some design options we hadn't …

Glad we could help you think through those ventilation and gutter options, Caleb — that structural concern you had was definitely the right thing to address upfront.

The job moved faster than I expected, which was great because we'd been worried about timing. Steven and his crew showed up ready to work in Galveston County, and they treated our landscaping and gutters with obvious care the entire time. …

Ella, I'm glad Steven and the crew could get you done quickly without sacrificing the details—protecting your landscaping and gutters is something we always do, but we know it matters when it's your own property. We'd love to work with you again whenever you need us!

I recently had them out to replace a roof that was past its prime. Steven caught some subtle framing issues that another contractor might've missed, and he took the time to walk me through what he was seeing. The attention to every corner …

That framing issue Steven caught was exactly the kind of thing that could've turned into a much bigger problem down the road, so I'm glad he took the time to explain it clearly.

My sister recommended them after she had her roof done, so we reached out when ours was looking pretty rough. Mark and the crew in Galveston County did some seriously solid work, and the craftsmanship was evident in how everything lined up …

The effort this crew puts in is genuinely impressive, and it showed in every part of the job. In Galveston County, I found them to be straightforward and courteous without any unnecessary upselling. Their pricing was fair for the quality of work they delivered.

We really appreciate Jackie taking the time to share this feedback! Honestly, that's exactly what we're going for — no fluff, just solid work at a fair price. It means a lot that you noticed the crew's effort, and we're glad we could help you out in Galveston County.

We were dealing with a roof that looked like it belonged in a horror movie, and we needed it fixed fast. They brought in quality materials that felt substantial and came with real warranties. We felt confident knowing we weren't just slapping a patch job on top of our house.

Glad we could turn that horror movie roof into something you can actually trust! Quality materials and real warranties are exactly what we stand behind, so it's great knowing Gene feels confident about the work we did.

I was amazed at how clean the site looked when they left. I'd absolutely call them again for any roofing work we need down the road.
