  Overall, a pretty poor experience. They communicated well before I put my deposit down; after that is was very frustrating. I was told I would be scheduled for the project, I waited three weeks then called and asked for a ballpark time. I was told someone would get back to me. No one called or emailed. It took four more calls (with zero response back), over four weeks to finally get a response from someone. As for the work, it is adequate at best. I had cedar shake siding repaired, the workers damaged a drip edge on a window as they were taking down equipment. They damaged a window sill and replaced it with an unfinished board that did not match any of the existing trim on my house and left shakes scattered through out the shrubbery on my property. I spent a couple hours repairing the work on the window sill and will need to spend time repairing the drip edge, as well as fixing some of the cedar shake lines that are not straight. I will not be a repeat customer for a future roof replacement.

  I was totally upset with the work that was done to replacing my roof. It was subcontracted to a shoty company without my knowledge. I sent my review in detail right after the work was completed but I see from your request that it wasn’t read or at least remembered. I would not recommend your company to anyone. I herd no reply from my initial review showing no concern for my situation.

  Company sent unmarked van with 4 non English speaking men, they damaged some plants in the front of my house, they left without finishing I had to call to have them come back and took 2 more weeks,I was told I would get 500 for damages and never received it.

  I couldn't have found a better company to replace my siding! I have to say Latham Roof & Siding went above and beyond. From the first day of meeting Jay the salesman to the last day of the crew being here it all went very smooth! I can't even begin to say how many neighbors stopped by to comment on how nice the siding was coming out. My house and backyard shed went from a dull grey color to an impressive blue that pops it color!! Thanks again Latham Roof & Siding!!

  We have used Latham Roofing and Siding for our roof on our deck and they replaced the roof on our shed. We did have an issue with the roof on our deck leaking by the side of the house from the roof and they came over, no questions or pointing the finger at us. They went up and that was that. They true on their warranty and get the job done. If I ever need any roofing work again I would definitely call them. Very friendly and professional.

  The company is very easy to work with. The installers did an excellent job replacing my roof and installing the new one. Arrived right on time and finished well before the end of the day. The clean up was amazing could not find anything left on the ground. Highly recommend this company.

  Latham roofing is the bomb- good price, super smooth customer service and my roof looks awesome. Their crew was top notch. Never seen anything like it. The were like roofing ninjas🥷 .   I've used Latham Roofing for several of my properties and am satisfied with their work. Sometimes because they are busy it takes a few phone calls to follow up but the quality of their work is excellent. I continue to recommend them and use them for all of my properties.

  I requested a quote from Latham Roofing and Siding for replacement of my hip roof, including shingles and some roof sheathing. My primary objective was to find a contractor with a strong reputation for quality materials and workmanship; cost was a secondary consideration. Latham Roofing and Siding responded to my inquiry very quickly, and an appointment was promptly scheduled. During the consultation, I met with Kane. Having personally replaced two roofs over the years and obtained quotes from three roofing companies for this project, I appreciated the thoroughness of the evaluation and the quality of the recommendations provided. Kane was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain several improvements in roofing materials and installation methods that have become standard since my previous roofing projects. Rather than simply preparing a quote, he evaluated the entire roofing system and recommended several practical improvements, including minor modifications to the attic ventilation and the installation of ice and water shield protection in areas beneath my solar panels. He clearly explained the reasoning behind these recommendations and how they could improve the long-term performance and durability of the roof. After obtaining quotes from three roofing companies, I found Latham Roofing and Siding's proposal to be competitive and well thought out, with pricing for the roof replacement portion of the project comparable to the other bids (within 10% of average). Although I ultimately selected another contractor, the decision was mainly based on additional fascia replacement and aluminum-wrapping work that was part of my project rather than any concerns about roofing replacement by Latham Roofing and Siding. Based on my experience during the evaluation and quoting process, I found Latham Roofing and Siding to be responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, and I would not hesitate to consider them for future roofing work.
