  Everything was fine at the start, but the finished work isn't very good and lacks aesthetic appeal; the job began in April, and it is now July and still hasn't been completed.

  I had been recommended All Seasons and tried them out when I was having a leak after a lot of snow. A full inspection was not done, the attic wasn't inspected, and the recommended fix was caulking some of the seams in the siding. When I went instead to other roofers, they were able to figure out the true cause of the issue.

  This company was hired by my GC on a new build to install ice shield and shingles. They did a half-ass job rolling out the ice shield and it never settled right and had humps in it (see pic), then the shingles also had humps and leaks. They refused to fix under warranty and wanted me to pay 13k+ to fix it. Terrible company and I would never recommend them. I needed to hire a different company to fix. Despite what they said below, they DID in fact take the job on from my GC, Victor Espinoza stopped out and looked at the mess he made and wanted to charge me money to fix it, screen shot as proof attached of their email estimate (trimmed for privacy). I am not calling the office, I prefer to air my grievances publicly and warn others to avoid your business, you should have corrected when you had the chance.

  I had Luis and his team fix my leaking roof. When I called back about the roof still leaking the day after the repair, nobody would come out and check the work that was done. I called multiple times and followed up with an email. Every time I was told someone would call me back and come out to look at the problem. No one ever came and now the leaking issue has cost me thousands of dollars since I waited for a response for weeks during multiple rain storms. I would not recommend this business. Their failure to respond in a timely manner shows how much they care about their costumers. Do not spend your money with them, it may lead to bigger problems for you just like it did for me.

  I called this company made an appointment for a n estimate on July 1st. I received a text message to confirm that the appointment confirmed and the employee was on his way. I waited and then sent a message to ask if there were still coming. I received no response. Now I'm receiving a Google service rating for services that never happened. Not good customer service or support

  All Seasons came to our house, explained what they were offering in a very clear manner, even my wife understood. They showed up when expected, and within one day had my roof completed from stripping to finishing. They even had to stop for some rain. The next day they came and repaired my chimneys. Third day they arrived and put gutters and covers all the way around my house. After they left, we had a big storm, and all the water went away from my house through the gutters. Their professionalism, work ethic, and clean up were better than expected. For the job they did here, they do deserve their five star rating. 8/12/25 I am changing my rating from a five to a two star because we have a problem with our shingles. Some of the shingles applied to our roof have degranulation, no granules on some of the tabs. Luis came out and looked, took pictures and showed them to the GAF representative. They said they need to be replaced. All Seasons representative came back out finally, replaced two shingles and took the necessary photos. This was over a week and a half ago. The office manager, said she would take care of the claim. As of this date, the shingles haven't been sent to GAF for them in inspect and set up a replacement date. We are upset that this company is not completing what they said the would do. According to the All Seasons representative, it looks like we will need a whole roof replacement, because he found more shingles like this spread throughout the roof. Another problem is the office manager isn't returning our calls do er don't know what is happening. GAF has received the necessary paperwork and photos, but are still waiting on the shingles.

  No call- no show! I booked an appointment online for 4/1. I received an email confirmation on 3/28 @ 5:25 pm. I then received a text reminder on 3/30 at 9:48 am. I received another email and text reminder of the appointment on 3/31 at 11:00 and 11:01 am. On 4/1, I received a text an hour before the appointment stating he will be at my house in an hour. I took off work and waited an hour before calling his cell and business phone numbers. He never showed up. I called the cell from which I received the text and no response. I called the mainline and after the third ring, a girl answers and takes my information. I received a call from Gabby shortly after that and she said the first girl I spoke with was the answering service. She also took my information and when she called back said his phone died and those texts are all automated. His phone did not go straight to voicemail, which tells me it wasn’t dead. She was not friendly or professional. This is very disappointing and I thought with all of the positive reviews, they would be reliable. Don’t do business with a company that doesn’t even show up or return calls. Look for someone else.

  All season performed a complete renovation of our exterior. They removed old wood cladding, insulated, installed plywood and full siding assembly including facia and soffit. Work came out fantastic. All season also replaced our roof with asphalt shingles and new gutters. The team was responsive, clean and respectful. I would recommend them 100%

  After waking up to a leak in my living room ceiling, I called several roofing companies. With All Seasons, I spoke with a real person right away instead of an automated system. They had someone at my house within two days to inspect the roof, identify the problems, and provide a detailed proposal. All Seasons handled the building permit, and as soon as it was approved, they scheduled the work. In just one day, they replaced my entire roof and left my yard spotless when they were finished. The price was fair as well—I had researched other estimates beforehand. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. I highly recommend All Seasons.
