  I called this roofing company during my search to have a full roof replacement on my house and barn. They did respond quickly to come to my home and provide an estimate. Originally, I asked for quote for a steel roof, but they provided a quote for an asphalt shingle replacement. I ultimately decided to do asphalt shingle so I thought that worked out anyway. They did provide one of the most cost effective estimates. When asked what the lead time on the project was, the salesperson, Matt, indicated installation would be within 2 weeks of receiving a 50% deposit check. I went to their office location in Colonie and personally handed him the check to get the project started. It's been over 6 weeks now, and I've made 3 phone calls over 3 weeks, left messages with their answering service plus an email, and they have not contacted me back. As of right now, due to the lack of a return call or message from anyone, this looks like fraud. I should have known better than to pay such a large deposit up front. Ok. Update, one week later. After posting my reviews, I did hear from the owner, who contacted me directly. He took ownership of the issue and explained that their sales rep dropped the ball during and after a 2 week holiday vacation. He did offer to refund my deposit or install my replacement roof the following week. Their crew came out yesterday and replaced our roof(s) in one day. It looks like they did a good job. Time will tell. Only criticism is that when the crew drove 3 inch nails to secure the roof decking into the rafters, they missed a number of the rafters so now instead of half inch roofing nails protruding through the roof into my low attic space, we have some really long 2 1/4" exposed nails sticking in through our low roofing areas in the attic. I'm upgrading my rating from 1 star to 3. I wish I could give 3.5 2nd week later. I had a chance to get up on a ladder and look at the roof up close once some snow melted. The crew did not rep

  We are all so very sorry you feel you had such a bad experience from filling out our web form, regarding the repair work you required to your shed roof, that it warranted a 1 star review. We may be one of the top roofing companies in the area, but because of this we are also one of the most sought after. Thus, sometimes our resources can be stretched to capacity. I'm sure you can understand that as much as we would love to be able to take on every single job that comes our way, for this, and indeed any company, that is unfortunately a logistical impossibility. Very occasionally we must turn down work so as not to lessen the standard of service to our other valued customers. As a business that takes great pride in the high quality of our work, we must be very careful to never compromise that quality by overextending ourselves. We may have been able to schedule something for a later date, but at the time we felt we would better serve you by giving you a prompt and definitive response allowing you to make other arrangements as soon as possible. We see from your other review that you were indeed able to make other arrangements and we hope that your now, hopefully, leak-free shed roof brings you immense joy in the future.

  I called them to schedule an estimate for a roof repair and the woman who answered said they don't do repairs only full replacements. The website clearly offers roof repairs and even allows you to schedule an estimate online. It must be new they don't do repairs.

  Excellent quality service - they used the top notch GAF roofing system. Our roof ended up being a little more complex than the typical job yet the crew stay until late in the evening to finish the job the day it was promised. We also had them replace two skylights and are very happy with the Velux skylights. The installation of the new rain gutters was practically impressive. The craftsmanship and appearance of the gutters is outstanding. I would highly recommend Infinite Roofing.

  John and his crew were absolutely fabulous. They are extremely professional, customer oriented and courteous. The installation of our new roof and siding went very smoothly and timely. All of our phone calls were answered promptly. We picked Infinite Roofing for our housing upgrades because the customer service is outstanding. We received several other quotes from various roofing companies, but none compared to the high quality of professionalism and customer service we received.   We had a steep roof about 2000 sq ft, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out things that we had not noticed before. We decided to go with this roofing company and the process was very smooth, ones our roof was done there was a full cleanup and we had a brand new roof! Thank you for making the process easy and fast.

  I was pleased with my experience with Infinite Roofing and Construction: 1) John is easy to communicate with. He is very responsive via email, text and phone. 2) The project was completed in a timely manner and looks great. We have received numerous compliments from tenants and neighbors. 3) John ensured that I was satisfied with the finished project. Partway through the project, there were a few minor issues I felt needed to be corrected. John quickly made sure they were fixed. As an experienced property owner and rehabber, I highly value these three characteristic in contractors. I would highly recommend this company’s services to customers looking to install vinyl siding.
