  Teach your driver's that it's illegal to talk on the phone and operate a vehicle on the state of Pennsylvania. Looks worse when they are operating a company owned vehicle.

  I had a 3300 sf addition roofed by lane which was not installed per manufacturer specs . Very poor workmanship and no response at all to make the repairs the shingles …

  Guys did a good job.. Worked on inclement weather and when they were done asked me If I was Happy and Satisfied with Everything they done..

  From my first meeting with Kyle… I knew I wanted them to do the job. The office staff was wonderful to work with and the crew on the day of the roofing job were so professional. House looks great!

  I’m usually not trusting when it comes to roofers but Lane roofing were honest and very professional! Other companies told me I needed work that I didn’t need Lanes roofing identified my problem explained my options and did a wonderful job Thanks guys

  Sara and Chris Tidwell were amazing! Once I explained how much damage my roof and home suffered from atornado-like storm and how I was not having any luck with return calls from other flat roof contractors, Sara jumped in to help. Sara was able to schedule Chris Tidwell since I live close to their location. Chris was phenomenal. He listened to my rundown of events. We shouted him pictures and videos, as well as took him on a tour, to view damages. Instantly, he knew he had to get in the roof. After his assessment, he explained what was going on from an roof standpoint with patience. I really understood what occurred and why. Next, Chris discussed the game plan. He was able to schedule 2 guys to do an emergency repair next day to avid automakers water damage since the drying process had already began. And, when my homeowners insurance adjuster does his assessment, Chris committed to be present. Chris also scheduled the complete roof repair for the day after the adjuster's visit. Overall, Chris Tidwell delivered the kind of customer service I expect from contractors - with care, compassion, friendliness, education, and a detailed acton plan.

  Roofers showed up on time, completed the tasks and cleaned up afterwards. They were courteous and professional. The bid for the work was expensive (for me) but on par with other companies that bid for the same work. We were very pleased and highly recommend Lane Roofing to others.

  With the recent storms, we discovered a pretty sizable leak in our roof. We had an emergency roofer come and tarp the area, and then try to convince us we needed to replace our whole roof (which was shocking since our roof is not that old). …

  Lane Roofing & Exteriors replaced my roof and all siding and I could not be HAPPIER! It looks like a NEW house. The entire process - from estimate to work to walk-through was done in an extremely professional manner. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was just amazing.

  They completed repair of a small portion of my roof that was leaking. All work looks perfect to me. The workers (2) were polite. My only complaint would be that they were 2 hours late and no call to me., Otherwise I would recommend this company and use them again.

  We have a 50 year warranty — that is peace of mind. From the beginning, Lane was responsive and efficient. They are great at what they do. I’ll use them again in 50 years!
