  I've hired Steven for both small and large roof repairs. He's knowledgeable, experienced, honest and very thorough. Responds quickly and always right on time. His estimates are extremely fair and he's a hard worker. It's a relief to know my roof troubles have been resolved. I highly recommend him, he's an all around good guy.

  Steven and Julie are very responsive and provided detailed work plan with quote and pictures of the roof. Steven worked 3 mornings and fixed our roof, and cleaened gutters and vents. Details pictures were provided before and after work. Good, trustworthy team to work with!

  I find Landeros Roofing Solution (LRS) to be the best roofing service provider among all the others that I have tried. Julie does a great job of scheduling the visit, and Steven does an excellent job of getting the work done. He takes much pride in what he does, and it shows in the quality and reliability of his work. And the cost is reasonable too. I will always go back to LRS whenever I need any roof repairs done.

  I have been a happy customer of Steven and Julie for several years now. Every few years, I notice loose and broken roof tiles on my Tracy home (never the same ones). Landeros roofing is where I turn. Steven is always professional, does great work and always at a fair price.

  Thank you for your feedback, Helga! YES, Steven Landeros is very busy, being a one-man-shop who does it all himself. If he does have an opening, he might be able to squeeze you in, so it may be worth at least contacting Julie to see. Generally, during the rainy season, he will be running at least 3-4 weeks out for actual repair work.

  Landeros Roofing Solutions is the best when it comes to any issues on my roof. I used their services many times, it is always a positive experience to interact with Julie and Steve and to get the work done without any issues.
