  Over priced by 3x, avoid!

Hi Anil, From the moment you called, you were asking for DISCOUNTS/SPECIAL TREATMENT because you are a "home builder". We will not be treating you any differently as any other homeowner who we work with. We do estimates for a proper repair, taking apart the leaking area in order to see if there is further Dry Rot or Water Damage in order to make sure the roof deck is not compromised, if you are just looking for a quick patch, then unfortunately we are not the company for you. We went out to your property to do an inspection and provided you with a FREE estimate for a proper repair and warranty. You did not use our services for the repair. Please do call us if you want to discuss further. Thank you, PRI TEAM 925-453-6240

I’m posting this review and of course my name won’t be on your system as you’ve not had the courtesy to respond. I’m not sure if you’re in the business only for certain jobs and customers but oh well. Again, I suppose you don’t need business. It’s a shame. Will be moving on. Roofers are a dime a dozen and finding that great fit takes time. Gracias.

Not the most exciting way to spend money but it was made easier to take by Aggy and team. PRI was responsive every step of the way and the crew did a great job. Hope I won’t need another roof but if I do I would go back to PRI.

We were extremely happy using PRI Roofing , a Diamond certified contractor, to complete the roof replacement project for our Fremont property. What a great experience working with Jairo, the project manager, from start to finish. He showed true professionalism , honesty, flexibility and patience throughout the process. We strongly encourage you to speak to them before proceeding your next roof project. As we learned during our roof project, PRI also provide painting and gutter service. This time when we planned to paint the exterior of our house, we decided to use them again. Nothing short of expectation, not only completed the painting on schedule, they also repaired some broken roof tiles and resealed all cracks around the gutters as bonuses for us. All in all, we feel we make the smart decision.

Aggy was very knowledgeable and detailed in his roofing quote. Add ons like skylight and wood rot repair are reasonable. The crew was on time. Their warranty is the best.
