Small Job but professionally Done. Small overhang need tiles removed and replaced with lightweight shingles also wood beams needed replacing to strengthen to overhang. Since the main house is all roof tiles we wanted to save the tiles that came off the overhang. The guys stacked them in a very neat way for future use on the main roof. They premiered the new wood and would have painted if we have the correct color. The bid process was flawless and communication great. We have used Mels a few times before and the same outstanding process.

After reaching out more than 3 roofing companies, we chose the Mel's Roofing through a neighbor's recommendation and they are really good. The entire project - from estimate, scheduling to the roof and gutter installation and final cleanup, went smoothly and efficiently. Their pricing was reasonable, and the customer services (Adriana) was very nice and responsive. We are happy to have the new roof and gutters. We're very satisfied with the final results and highly recommend them.

Mel's Roofing is a class act at every level. Their quote came in at a perfectly reasonable cost, with all details & contingencies spelled out clearly. At each step we were notified of progress, new information, glitches, next steps, etc. Great communication throughout, from the front desk (Adriana) to the foreman (Christian) to Mel himself. Their work had to be coordinated with another roofing company that removed & replaced our leased solar panels - no problem at all, they made it happen seamlessly. They found some water damage to structures that needed repair - provided photos, walked through the options, landed on simple but effective solutions, & knocked them out at reasonable cost. They even painted the outside-facing new structures for us at no extra charge. Our new roof looks great, & their clean-up was meticulous after each work day as well as at the end. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, without hesitation. I'll be recommending them to anyone in our area in need of roof/gutter work, I can't imagine a better option.
