The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for Lake Hamilton Roofing.

This company does not respect local ordinances or homeowners' clearly established boundaries. Our neighborhood is specifically listed as a Do Not Solicit neighborhood on our city's solicitation permit documentation, yet your sales representatives still came door to door. When homeowners informed them that soliciting is not permitted here, they were dismissive, argumentative, and unwilling to accept "no" as an answer. A permit is not a free pass to ignore neighborhoods that have been designated as off-limits. Respecting local regulations and homeowners' boundaries should be the bare minimum. High-pressure sales tactics and rude behavior only ensure that residents will never do business with your company. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously, retrains its representatives, and starts respecting the communities they claim to serve.

Lake Hamilton Roofing’s team is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to roofing issues and the process of getting a new roof! I had issues with my insurance company for months – insurance only wanted to pay for repairs when the whole roof had been damaged from the previous year's storm. I called Lake Hamilton Roofing and Chance Hammond came over to look at my roof the same day. He inspected my roof, explained the insurance process with me, contacted my insurance company and had my full roof replacement approved within a couple days! A phenomenal job from start to finish, and the roofing crew was a pleasure to see work. Incredible team and incredible experience. Don’t make the same mistake I did trying to get it done yourself – Save yourself the headache and just call Lake Hamilton Roofing!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Lake Hamilton Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
