  Elite cold called me offering a free roof inspection. I scheduled an appt for the following Monday between 1-2pm. I left my home at 12:25 in order to meet them at the property on time. I sat there from 12:45-2:00pm waiting for someone to show up. No one did. I called the office and they seemed confused. Shuffled me around to talk to different people. They then said they tried calling to confirm on Friday, and also text, but looking at my phone records there were no calls or texts from them. They then wanted to reschedule the appt. I said no thank you. I felt a little wary about this appointment initially after looking up their reviews online and with the BBB. I guess I should have went with my gut feeling on this one.

We never want any customer to feel misled or unsupported, especially during a major project like a roof replacement. Regarding the financing concerns: the credit application was signed by you, and it stated 3+ years of employment. Because of that information, the lender required standard proof-of-income documentation during their final verification. We also want to be very clear — we would never lie to a finance company or falsify information on any customer’s application. That is simply not how we operate, and we take those procedures very seriously. As for the workmanship concerns, we personally made sure to send our Project Manager out three separate times to address every issue you raised and ensure they were corrected to the best of our ability. Our goal is always to make things right on-site and leave your home better than we found it. We’re glad your bank was able to assist on the financial side, and we truly wish your overall experience had been more positive. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll continue using it to improve our processes. If there is anything still unresolved, we’re always here to help.

  Everytime it rains outside it now rains inside thanks to your window installation. You could have just said you don't really do windows. I hate to put down a business but I don't want anyone else to buy windows that cause damage to their home.

  Took almost 9 months to complete a job that should have taken just 2-3 weeks. Mostly due to repairing mistakes, damage to existing structure and many scheduling delays. Take your money and run away as fast as you can!

  Mr. Ivers, we are very sorry for your frustrations. While we do not agree with everything said here, we apologize for any communication or confusion concerns on our part. Between the hail storms and tornados that tore through our area, we helped over 600 families get their homes back in working order during this time. With that said, we definitely suffered major delays from our supply houses resulting in constant delays and changes to our scheduling, daily. We stand behind every job we do and all our customers receive a 2 year craftsmanship warranty on our work. There aren't many construction companies that offer a warranty and then show up if a issue arises, we do.   Mr. Franklin, please give me us a call at the office. We just completed your roof Oct 25th , when we spoke to you after completion you seemed extremely happy with the project. We always address any concerns when we are made aware of them. Again please give us a call. We want all are clients 100% satisfied.

  Hayley Hollingsworth along with Philip and his amazing crew were absolutely fantastic to work with. Superb craftsmanship with the custom windows and install job. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future for any other work needed.

  My roof looks great! They were very easy to work with. The price was very affordable! They did everything they could to give me a beautiful roof and a price I could budget on a fixed income! The sales team is top notch! I worked with Vincent he answered all my questions. I was first approached by the nicest young lady several months earlier who put elite on the radar for me.
