  If you want to hire a company with rude people that’s the only way I would suggest this place. Just downright rude.

  Referred by a building company whose products I own, left a message with a description of my needs as well as dimensions to get a quote and no one has called me back. Not the best approach to customer service.

  Would not recommend. They repaired the roof of the house I purchased and it looked strange so I called to have them look at it. There were holes in the attic and I could see tar paper in spots. There were all these broken planks and bolts and brackets hanging down. The guy that came out said it was because something had been attached to the roof before the repair and they just left the stuff there which was common practice. I discovered a leak last week after heavy rain-there was a spot on the bedroom ceiling. I called them to come look at it and they haven’t responded. It rained heavily last night and I’m sure the damage will be worse. Poor communication and customer service.

  Ethan and his team did a great job. Kudu was recommended to us and they made the whole process easy and stress-free.   Ethan and kudu roofing were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our insurance company tried to say it didn’t need repair and kudu roofing proved that it was 100% needed and got our insurance to pay for it. Roofing was done in one day and they cleaned up everything. Very professional! You won’t regret going with kudu roofing!!

Once we connected, the team at Kudu was quick to jump into action, and made everything effortless and easy from the start.   I researched roofing companies for several years while I saved the money for the replacement. Hands down, Kudu Roofing came at the top of my list and stayed there. One of the most important reasons I chose to go with Kudu was because of incredible staff they have onboard. Three years after Kudu replaced my roof, I had to call them to take a look at what turned out to be just a clogged gutter. Ivan was scheduled to stop by to take a look at it. Ivan was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and skilled at not only the physical aspects of the inspection but also had the patience to explain what was going on and the possible solutions. That is the level of service not often seen these days. Ivan is an excellent staff member. One that embodies the reputation that Kudu has established. I highly recommend Kudu for any roof or gutter needs you may have. Thanks again Kudu. And thank you Ivan. It was a pleasure to meet you.

  This company got highly recommended by our gutter contractor to order custom caps for four large protruding roof beams. Our call was answered by a friendly answering service who was working of a checklist, could not answer any material questions. However I got a follow-up call at the end of day to set up a quote.
