  Damaged two vehicles and ruined a garden. Was told they "look like weeds" and that my vehicle is "junk" because I took the motor out and refused to take accountability in works with insurance claim now

  This company failed us multiple times. Came out for a quote twice..once in November which Linn sent over and we agreed with the price, signed the estimate. Scheduled 2 different times for the siding repair and waited for Diego to come by… he never showed up or called. Unreliable and wasted our time.

  I had a pretty terrible experience with DRP. they replaced my hail damaged roof but it became my full time job to manage their staff through the process. Every time I asked them for information on quotes, scheduling, or onsite coordination they told me to contact a new/different person in the company. I think I talked to everyone that worked there by the end of the job. My project manager threatened to come after me for supplemental costs that my insurance wouldn’t cover, even though my contract stated it wasn’t my responsibility on two different places. They left nails and debris from the old roof in my yard and my neighbors yard. They included window sill repainting and window screen replacement in my estimate. I agreed to remove some of that scope but they didn’t remove those costs from the final estimate and didn’t complete it. Wouldn’t provide warranty documentation or proof of passed inspection until they had been fully paid out. They did provide that documentation after I fully paid them, but I did not trust them to do that given the disputes leading up to final payment. Part of the scope is to provide a warranted and inspected roof but they won’t provide evidence of that before they are fully paid. I would not use them again.

  Not bad, but there's better companies. Theres a BBB review, written by someone else, that sums up our experience. In the end, we wished we had gone with another company.

  I'm a retired systems engineer and so had the time and inclination to research the roofing materials, the applicable county statutes for roofing, and I also took the time to get eight estimates. Denver Roof Pros were not close to the highest estimate. 2 of the highest estimates were 3 times the price quoted by Denver Roof Pros. Obviously for an expensive service like replacing a roof, if a company charges 3 times what another reputable company quotes, they are ripping you off. Denver Roof Pros offers a very reasonable cost. I researched the materials costs, the shingles (class 4), the water & ice protection, drip and other flashing, underlayment, nails - everything needed. I added the costs and my estimate of how many people the roofing team would need, I came up with my own estimate that was in the ballpark close to the three companies' estimates in the middle of the range of estimates. The number of people I estimated would be needed to do the roof in a day was 7 and the crew who arrived had 8 at one time, so good estimate all around. I don't think of the difference between the middle range estimates and the lowest to be worth it, wondering how the lowest estimates could come out below my own calculation. Likely the lowest estimate will hire unskilled labor. The speed and smoothness of the whole Denver Roof Pros estimate proved to me their people had done a lot of roofs. Fortunately, I got all the information I needed, a sense of commitment from Denver Roof Pros, and their price fell right in the sweet spot near my own estimate. Glen Gardner, the President of Denver Roofing Pros did the free review and estimate. (All companies I contacted offered free estimates.) Glen told me several things about roof installations that I did not hear from the other companies, so talking to him was very informative. Denver Roof Pros team brought the materials out and loaded them onto the roof on a Friday. That did not take long. Monday morning the team that installed the

We're glad the process felt smooth from start to finish, from delivery of the class 4 shingles and materials, to the full crew installing your 50 square roof in a day, to cleanup and the gutter install right after. Safety harnesses, tarping, and having a lead on site the whole time aren't extra steps for us, that's just how we run every roofing job in Denver. Glad the ridge vent suggestion is already making a difference in the heat too, and that Diego's follow up check gave you peace of mind on the warranty side.   I’d give 100 stars if it were possible. From start to finish Denver Roof Pros made my roof replacement project easier than expected. I was in the closing process on my home sale and timelines were both tight and constantly shifting. Glen and his team remained flexible and very supportive through the whole process. They offered multiple solutions for the issues with my old roof. We closed the sale on time and it just wouldn’t have happed without this company handling the roof. Ultimately we went with a full replacement. Pricing to value couldn’t be beat. The other quotes I received were either so low that they were suspect or so high that I knew I’d have been paying for their flashy trucks and advertisements. Denver Roof Pros is an honest local business doing it right! You’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t consider this company for your roofing needs. I will be their customer for the rest of my life.

  We had a 20+ year old roof and wanted to get it replaced for insurance savings. Glen came out within a couple of days of our first phone conversation and gave me a realistic evaluation of not only our roof but also some trim and stucco that could use some repairs. He spent quite a bit of time with me answering my questions and educating me on some important considerations when selecting a roof contractor. He got me a very competitive quote within a day and overall it was a friendly, no pressure sales process. Within a week of first contact, we had a new roof and had addressed a few water intrusion issues on our trim! They left our yard clean and we really had no issues with the entire process. From my experience, Glen is a man of integrity and Denver Roof Pros followed through and communicated with us through every step of the process. If your replacing your roof or doing any other work on your home, I would definitely give Denver Roof Pros a call.

  What a great group of folks at Denver Roof Pros! Glen and his entire crew did a great job for me! At first, my claim was denied by my insurance company. Denver Roof Pros didn’t give up. They supplemented the second evaluation of the roof with a ton additional photos all documenting that the roof was totaled. Their relentless efforts helped me get my insurance company to pay the claim and saved us more than $20k of out of pocket costs because we were selling the home. On top of all that, they worked with the buyers of my previous home to pick out colors and got it all done before we closed. Such a great team here and I’m thankful I was able to work with them!
