  Took the money and ghosted without finishing the job. They replaced our home roof and our barn roof. The house roof wasn't finished, they didn't apply the final sealant, even though they got paid for it. The Barn roof is worse than before they came out, leaks and is causing damage around the barn because of poor workmanship. They came out twice to "Fix it", still leaks. They offered to refund us the cost of the roof and when we said yes, they ghosted. Part of the insurance claim was to repair the interior walls that suffered water damage, they didn't like the amount the insurance company offered, they took that money and then didn't do any interior work.

This deductible would have covered the cost of the sealant and the interior work without any issue. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to proceed with the completion of those specific items. We want to assure you that we made significant efforts in advocating for you during the insurance claim process. We fought tirelessly for over a year to convince the insurance company to cover the insulation for the flat roof. Despite our best efforts, they still refused to provide coverage for this particular aspect. In order to assist you, we went above and beyond by upgrading your roof to code for free, providing you with an R30 insulation value, without charging you for it. This was done in an effort to help you without requiring any additional expenses from your side. Regarding the barn roof, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the dripping water and subsequent damage. Our suggestion of installing gutters was aimed at redirecting the water away from the exterior of the building to mitigate the issues you were experiencing. We apologize if this recommendation was not to your liking or if it was misunderstood. We take responsibility for any shortcomings in our communication and the impact it may have had on the situation. We want to assure you that we passed all building codes required by the city, and we ensured that the insulation was in compliance with the building code standards.   I needed a roofing project done. I had a few companies come out and give bids. These gentlemen, I have connections with. They came and seemed to really know we would get all our stuff paid for by insurance, including siding. My roof was replaced and leaked a week later. They blame… insurance for not covering the scuppers, causing more interior damage. They hired someone to replace the barn roof, it was done very poorly, it has caused more damage then the tiny hail hole. Now it leaks and floods my chicken coop. They stopped calling, stopped replying and the jobs not complete. There’s damage all over the house from the roofing project and the bedroom is in awful shape. Steer clear! They over promise and under deliver.

  We would like to express our sincere apologies for any frustration or dissatisfaction you felt regarding the way the project unfolded. We understand that there were concerns related to the scuppers and the leak that occurred on the upper roof. We would like to provide some additional clarification on these matters. The scuppers were included as part of the detach and reset portion of the job on the upper roof. However, the leak you experienced was determined to be a result of wear and tear on your scupper, which caused a hole in the stucco. Unfortunately, according to your insurance policy, this type of damage falls under wear and tear and is not covered. Nonetheless, we took responsibility for addressing the issue by sealing it for you. We also advised that regular sealing of the scuppers or engaging a stucco professional to repair the hole would be necessary to prevent further leaks. If you did not do this it would leak continuously and cause future damage. We apologize if there was any miscommunication regarding this matter. We want to emphasize that we fought diligently for over a year, as we communicated to your significant other, to advocate for your insurance claim. Unfortunately, the insurance company declined coverage for the insulation upgrade to an R30. Despite their decision, we chose to upgrade the insulation free of charge to meet the higher standards set forth by building codes. Concerning the barn roof and the leaks around your chicken coop, we strongly recommend the installation of gutters to redirect the water away from the building. This would prevent the water from leaking back into the coop and causing further damage. We apologize if our recommendation was not well-received or if there was any misunderstanding. Our intention was to provide a long-term solution to address the issue effectively. We assure you that we have adhered to all building codes and requirements set by the county.
