  One of the poorest customer services in the state. Went to their booth at the home show in 2019. Was promised a contact for a room build after the show however no contact. I called and was told that the date they had earlier promised to show up was delayed because of snow. Then I was promised another date by Anthony but despite me waiting all day no one showed up. They ca my be trusted at all. There was no way to give them zero starts otherwise I would have done so. Shame on people who do not keep their word and waste other people’s precious time

  I was hit by one of their company vehicles. The driver had no drivers license, insurance and lived in the truck. Spoke with Anthony at ARCM about the issue. He then had a guy Lance call me. He did not work for the company nor was he an attorney. All he did was tell me a story about how Anthony had a similar situation and some guys broke into his house. What a joke! I’m in the process of taking them to court for the 12k in damages done to my vehicle.

  ARCM started out great for a complete exterior renovation of my home. To make a long story short, they left me with a Unfinished Tile Roof, paint peeling off my garage door, and Uninstalled Windows ..that after a 1Yr and 5 months, I am still dealing with. Had to hire a new company to install them properly and clean up their mess. Still has 4,500.00 OF MY MONEY ON THE WINDOW INSTALL, I WILL NEVER SEE. Still trying to get my roof finished. Deal with paint on garage door spring 2018. Getting them to clean up after themselves non-existent.

  I noticed damage on my roof and called six different companies. Other companies couldn’t come out for days. Anthony made it his priority to come out that afternoon and put measures in place to protect from further damage as there was an open hole. He even went above and beyond by performing maintenance on vents that had nails coming loose since he saw they needed a little TLC. I was impressed with his responsiveness, how he made me feel valued as a customer, and the reasonable cost of service.
