  Referred by a friend. Called and an appointment was scheduled. No show. I called and got someone who identified herself as the answering service. She said she would call the office. I never heard back.

  I had used Kovach roofing several years prior for a small roof repair job and was very pleased with results I had an appointment for roof replacement estimate on May 2….no show. Called the office for explanation and was told that the estimator had a health emergency and would be available for estimate on May 4…. No show.

  I had called for a quote for gutter screening. I had an appointment set up for 11/14 at 10am. Well 10am came and gone.By 10:30 I called them and they said 10 more minutes, well that can and gone as well. Called back again and then they said 10 more minutes. When they finally showed up they gave me a quote. I called and asked for someone to call back to set up and appointment and the lady who answered the phone said she will give them the message.( I called around 3pm the same day). By Monday no call back yet. So we called again and the said the same thing. That they would call back .surprise no call back. Still waiting for a call back. I understand things get busy but at this point it’s 4 days. This is poor customer service.

  Made an appoint for a Saturday at 1:00 for a roof repair. . Around 11:00 Jay called and said he would be early. My husband said sure come over and reconfirmed the address. We missed a call from Jay saying he could not find our house. He claimed he had the wrong address. We tried calling back 2x but he never returned our call nor did he show up. Our time is just as valuable as anyone else. If you did not want the job than just say it.

  Poor communication. Scheduled a visit with Jay. But no one show up on the scheduled date. Went with another roofing company and got the needed works done.

  The team did a wonderful job fixing my shingle roof, always keeping me in the loop and explaining everything clearly. They were polite, friendly, and truly knowledgeable, making the whole experience feel easy and comfortable, plus the price was very fair.   The did a phenomenal job replacing our roof and gutters back in January before all the snow came. They even recrowned our chimney. We were very satisfied with their work. We went with them because I saw the quality of work they do. They did my father’s roof a few years ago and it was perfect. My next door neighbor just used them the get their roof done. Definitely recommend Kovach Roofing for all roof related needs.

  Douglas was very polite and professional, showed up on time and he and his team didn't waste time. I was quite satisfied with our skylight repair and would recommend Kovach Roofing to my friends. And I found the price reasonable.

  Doug was great. I needed a power vent added to my attic + section of an old chimney removed. His team did a great job, communicated everything to set appropriate expectations, and left the work area perfectly clean after completion.

  We're so happy we chose Kovach Roofing for our recent roof replacement and gutters. The roof looks great and was competitively priced. Elaine was very responsive to our requests. Doug was easy to work with and even went out of his way for a minor soffit repair we had asked for with our new gutters. Even though it was quite cold, the roofing team was efficient and neat. The ranch roof was done in one day and the following day gutters were installed. We highly recommend Kovach Roofing.
