Are they really that great to do business with when they have to resort to overseas call centers to make cold calls for them? When you play up and get to the company rep to which you are hung up on asking where they are located. Hard pass with my hard earned money.

Cut me off on the highway without using a signal when it was already bumper to bumper traffic. Then when I honked he flipped me off. Based on the professionalism I probably wouldn’t use this company.

We regret your experience with our company, which was less than ideal. We are also happy to report that we do not favor this behavior and have since parted ways with the technician behind the wheel. We wish him all the best but were … More

It was horrible. Took forever to get someone out. When he finally did, I never received a quote. I called 3 times to recieve the quote and nothing. Also, the person who came out said they don't do much work in my neighborhood because people " don't want to spend the money". That was very insulting. I will NEVER use this company

We cannot say enough great things about KLM Contractors! From the very beginning, they were punctual, professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Every member of their team treated our home with respect, kept the worksite clean each day and always cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Our project was a major undertaking ~ they removed all of the stucco from our home's exterior, installed beautiful Hardie Board siding, replaced every window and door, and built the custom front porch we had always dreamed of. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations and the finished result completely transformed our home. What impressed us just as much as the quality of their work was their commitment to making sure everything was done right. We initially hired KLM Contractors to renovate our house, but by the end of the project, we had gained new friends. That says a lot about the kind of people they are. We highly recommend KLM Contractors to anyone looking for exceptional workmanship, reliability and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you for making our dream home a reality!

KLM offered a comprehensive review of my property and a complete plan from the beginning. I was impressed by the attention to details that others hadn't addressed. All costs were itemized and reviewed. There wasn't any pressure to decide within a certain time frame. The crew was efficient, hard-working and mindful of any disruptions. My home received James Hardie siding, new Pella windows with JH trim, new soffits and gutters. The result is beautiful and I am very happy with it.

We reached out to KLM in the heat of the pandemic as woodpeckers were chewing away at our cedar siding. Replacing it with Hardie planks took care of that long-standing problem and the result is a subtly dramatic overhaul of our contemporary home. The project uncovered some deficiencies in our deck too and although we weren’t planning on replacing the deck we are thrilled with the striking update. With the supply chain and staffing challenges of the pandemic, it became a very long project but Luke, Maciej, and Karl are all pleasant, friendly people to be around. Pricing was fair and all the numerous details of such a huge job were followed through and addressed. Very creative group who will be attentive to your preferences.
