  The local branch that did my work closed and corporate or other branches will not honor their warranty, workmanship or material

  Hi Bill, My company is on Long Island in New York, which is in another state than the Ohio company you worked with that closed. Each Klaus Roofing Company is independently owned and does not have reciprocal relationships with other Klaus Roofing companies. I would really appreciate if you could please remove your 1 star review for my company as it hurts the reputation of my company, which I work very hard at, and has no relationship at all with the company you worked with. I do not know the owners of that company or why they are no longer doing business. I thank you in advance for your consideration. Jill

  I'm a repeat customer recently completing a full roof & gutter replacement. Both Bill Tsoumpelis, Project Consultant and William Amaya, Project Manager provided a pleasant CX from initial contact to project completion. No pressure interactions, responsive to multiple questions, observant, respectful... I can go on describing my positive experience.   I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done or the workers that did it. Everything was fully explained before the work commenced and then everything went exactly as foretold. They were quick, thorough, cleaned up the mess to the extent that when we arose one day later, you could not tell that a new roof had been installed. By the way, we love the new roof we installed, it has a depth to it that our previous flat-shingled roof lacked. Cudos to Klaus, their shingle manufacturer, and the whole team.

  I enjoyed working with them. It all went smoothly, from initial choices, planning, dealing with neighbors and the work itself, of course. Smart people, working well together -- it feels rare and precious anymore, which is why I had to write a review.

  So, I definitely give them 5 stars as a final review. I had some issues earlier with the salesman. While the roof it self was fine, other work was not. The salesman ( who will be left nameless) did not really show any willingness to address my concerns or try to rectify them. 4 weeks went by without anything being done. When I went above his head and called the office directly, things got done. I got a call back from Jill and Chris asking about problem. Chris was the guy who came over to discuss and physically see what the problem was. He took over the project. He texted me on a regular basis as to the scheduling of the crew to resolve the problem. He set up the final fix and made sure I was 100% happy. So thank you Chris, with the help of Will, the project manager, for resolving my issue. We had a rocky start, but in the end, they went out of their way to make things right. I do recommend Triple H roofing. Thank you Mario Dagrosa

  We had a very positive experience with Klaus Roofing Systems by Triple H. Our project consultant, Bill T. thoroughly explained the benefits and process of the Klaus Roof System and quoted us a fair price for the project. The onsite team led by Will A. was efficient, professional, and methodical and despite the unseen and unknown issues of more than 50 failed deck boards and three layers of roofing that needed to be removed (at no additional cost for removing all those old shingles) they still completed the job in one day. We were kept informed of the days’ progress with updates from Will and his live drone imaging of the work in progress. He also did a review of the completed job with a walk around the house explaining all that was done including the cleanup. We are also very pleased with the new IKO shingles’ appearance and the fact that they have Level 3 hail resistance. We highly recommend Klaus Roofing Systems by Triple H.

  Chris was awesome to work with. He made the entire process easy. His crew was really experienced and efficient. They had my rather large roof completed in a day and a half. I would definitely recommend Chris and his entire team for any roofing project you might have.

  Thank you to Triple H Klaus Roofing. Your sales reps (Chris & Bill) were exceptional! Their presentation to go over our roof & gutter replacement was thorough, mindful of our budget, and we certainly appreciated the amount of time they spent answering all of the questions/concerns that we had. In addition, Will came and oversaw the new gutter installation. He was polite and made sure the gutter installation went as planned. Thank you to all involved in this process.

  When we bought our 50 year old home, all the national home insurance companies refused to insure it because it had multiple layers of shingles. Our home inspections told us that there was no interior damage, though we did see some evidence of leaking from skylights and our gutters were constantly filling with junk, and we knew that we would have to replace the roof sooner than later. Recent heavy rains finally caused leaking around our chimney into our garage, and a burst in our ceiling and flooding from one of the skylights was the last straw. We were given several roofer recommendations and some of the quotes we received were just outrageous, in the very high ten figure range - and we never even met them in person. When we got our quote from Christopher at KRS by Triple H, he came to our home to look at everything, showed us where problems were, and then gave us a ton of pamphlets to read through about their process, including sample materials, shingles, and gutter protectors. The final quote was at least half or even less than what other roofers were estimating! When their team arrived it was like a blitzkrieg - they tore off three layers of shingles (the original 50 year old roof), removed the old leaky skylights, and completed replaced it all in just one day. And it had been raining in the morning! The next day the gutter team arrived, and they were done within hours; KRS even went so far as to mount our weather station on the corner of our roof for us, exactly level and pointing the right way. We couldn't be happier! No more leaks, everything repaired and sturdy, and our new skylights are gorgeous.

  Required an inspection of roof by a licenced and insured roofing company for my new home insurance policy, and Klaus met the requirements. I made an appointment with them and they were on time, did the inspection and gave me the results. The inspector was very pleasant and Klaus was kind and did not charge for this although I fully expected that there would be a charge. Jill, the owner, is also very pleasant. Pleasant is not enough as its their work that is important, and they have a nice history and have been a long time in the LI area. I will certainly use them when needed and recommend them to all who need roofing. I note that they also do other house things so check out their site.

  Excellent service, representatives and highly recommend! Eric stopped by to give me an estimate. He was polite, knowledgeable, honest, and answered my questions and concerns without any hesitation & I didn't need what I thought I needed! **Also, Eric was here a few years ago where he installed attic & crawl space insulation under the house! It not only improved comfort all through out the house, it helped lower my electric bill, lowered the amount of home heating oil usage, & in-turn, oil costs bc I was using less of it!
