It’s rare you find a contractor who is honest, trustworthy, skilled, reliable and treats you home as he would his own. Edmond of IQ Edge Construction is such a person. From a random meeting to an in person inspection followed by verbal and written line item estimates that laid out all details, picking colors, providing insurance info and a work date. Edmond made sure it went smoothly and effortless on my part. Called when he said he would and was always on time. IQ Edge just completed a full roof removal and replacement including all plywood sheets. Although I was home, Edmond took photos and drone video from beginning to end. He worked and supervised and has his own workers, no subs. IQ Edge will be back in a few weeks to complete a full house siding change. I can’t say enough about this high quality company and business owner. Additional projects completed including siding, gutters and new chimney. All went as planned and Edmond remains one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. His dedication to quality and making sure the client is happy is unmatched. Highly recommended.

Edmond was on time and professional. If I could give IQ Edge a 6 I would they were better than a 5 star work.

I highly recommend IQ edge construction for your roof job.. Edmund was great, very communicative always available and treated My roof like his own house. I got 5 estimates as my roof has many levels and a flat part with walk out 2nd floor patio.. he expertly knew how to do all of the intricacies of my roof. His estimate was competitive, not the lowest or highest.. but I hired him for the peace of mind. His crew is great, they work well together and I love My new roof.. highly recommend him and will hire him for other needs as well.

I got the referral from our next door neighbor. They replaced our roof, gutters and fixed the chimney. Work was done on time as promised with the agreed upon cost. I'd recommend them with no doubt.

Emergency Chimney Repair in Mount Sinai John & Jeane contacted IQ Edge Construction after experiencing an emergency chimney leak. Our team responded quickly, inspected the chimney, and identified the areas that needed immediate attention. We completed a full chimney repointing and waterproofing, from the top of the chimney all the way down to the foundation, restoring the masonry and helping protect the home from future water intrusion. John & Jeane were extremely happy with the results and appreciated our fast response, professional workmanship, and attention to detail. Another chimney protected. Another happy customer.
