John created a contract to work on fixing my barn roof. They came and performed maybe one third of the job. Since then have not heard back from John despite multiple efforts to contact in order to get the job finished. He was paid up front so we are very angered to have lost the money with the job not completed.

I'm somewhat disappointed. I have been trying to get this company to return for 2 months now to repair there work. It is likely a 20-30 minute job, however, I cannot seem to get any response or a return call. In the beginning they were great (I even referred other customers to them) but I m certainly having second thoughts about the company now. It would be great to have some follow to honor the 15 year guarantee that was given to me in the signed contract! This work was done not even a year ago and I would like follow up before bad weather this winter. I hope others have not had such a bad experience. M. Willis
