Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced. The requirement to cut both sides of the ridge was clearly included on our work order as well as your estimate, and those instructions should have been followed correctly from the beginning without requiring your intervention. As part of our normal quality control process, completion photos are reviewed before work is invoiced and shared with the homeowner. We reviewed the photos from your project and confirmed that both sides of the ridge were ultimately cut and that the finished ridge vent installation was completed correctly. Nevertheless, we are following up with both management and the crew regarding how this occurred and how the situation was handled. Please feel free to return my call if you would like to discuss this further or if there is any additional information you believe we should know. We appreciate your feedback and apologize again that your experience did not meet our standards.

Linda is wonderful, honest and trustworthy. She looked over our attic and roof then gave us a detailed report of the issues as well as suggestion. They repaired out leaking roof and repaired the cracked tiles and were reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend "Kirkey Roofing Inc" to everyone.

I requested Kirkey to inspect my gooseneck vents based on problems my friends and neighbors had. They promptly did an inspection and provided me with photos and a repair estimate. There was no sales pressure but I agreed to the repairs since they were needed. Kirkey promptly replaced these vents and provided me with photos and also fixed a slipped roof tile. They were great to do business with and I would recommend them highly for any type of roof issue you might have.

Kirkey Roofing replaced our barrel tile roof recently and did a wonderful job working very efficiently, neatly and with no damage. The work was completed sooner than expected and the total cost came in less than the contracted price. That is hard to beat. I wholeheartedly recommend Kirkey Roofing.
