  While we stand behind the workmanship of our installations, damage caused by severe weather or other events outside of our workmanship warranty may require a separate service visit. For smaller repair projects, we do have a minimum service charge that reflects the cost of dispatching a qualified crew, safety equipment, scheduling, travel, and project management—not just the time spent completing the repair. Our estimates are provided as project-based pricing rather than itemized labor and material line items because they account for all of the resources required to complete the work safely and professionally. We understand that this pricing structure may not be the right fit for every repair, and we respect that homeowners may choose the option that best meets their needs. We appreciate the opportunity to provide an estimate and thank you for your past business.

  There is no customer in our database with this name. We can only provide insurance adjusters with a health report for the roof; Kingdom Roofing does not deny an insurance claim. We don't cut corners; our work is to provide safety for our neighbors. We won't always be the cheapest, and we believe there is a good reason for that. We believe our customers will too.

  If I can’t get their attention when I’m trying to give them my money I can’t imagine what a hassle a warranty would be once they have my money! Scheduled an inspection for an estimate last Saturday. I set time aside and waited at home with my lil girl. The gentleman was punctual but that’s it. I explained to him I’d like a complete tear off of my existing roof and replace with a Steele roof. Along with a new gutter system. I’m getting quotes from 3 companies before buying. Unlike the other 2 he never set foot on my roof. He snapped a few pictures from the ground. Then told me his app takes about 25 minutes to generate a quote and he would email it to me. We did discuss shingles and Steele briefly. His non pushy approach was a bit refreshing when he left but it’s now Tuesday night and I haven’t heard anything back. I called today and informed the woman answering the phone I haven’t heard a word about it and she said to check my email she would send a message and make sure I got the estimate. Well I still haven’t heard back and it’s now 9:10 p.m. Cornett roofing out of Franklin should really thank them. The piss poor attention I’ve received from Kingdom made them look fantastic. I have zero reservations about giving them $32,000 now as my loan has come through today and I’m pumped about my new steel roof.

That’s not the level of service we aim to provide. You’re absolutely right to expect timely communication and a thorough inspection when considering such a significant investment. While some of our estimates can be generated using satellite measurements and ground-level documentation, that should always be clearly explained, and most importantly, your proposal should have been delivered promptly as promised. The lack of follow-up is not acceptable, and we understand how that would create doubt about future service. We take warranty support and customer care very seriously, and it’s disappointing to hear that we gave you reason to question that commitment before even earning your business. Although it sounds like you’ve already moved forward, we would still appreciate the opportunity to review what happened internally and address the breakdown in communication.   Project went great. Had new roof and siding installed and we are very happy with the results. Steve Thomas was the project manager and was great to work with. He was very responsive to our questions and helpful in the design process. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!

  Kingdom roofing was very professional and helped with all my needs and helped with everything I needed plus they started my roof in the morning and was finished by 5 pm . I recommend Kingdom for roofing and gutters.

  Up praying….needing a leak fixed….but who do you trust? Shortly, the pink panther came to my mind. So I googled “the Kingdom ppl” and noticed their spoken investment in family, ppl, and their employees. It seemed the company honored, respected and supported their employees. That’s a hard find these days and it truly represented “Kingdom” living. It just seemed as right as rain. So I gathered myself up and headed that way! It only got better from there. I arrived at around 11-ish and Melissa was warm, friendly and engaged. She treated ME like I was a part of the family. By 2PM that same day Matt arrived at my home. Warm, friendly, dripping with humility and honesty. It was as if there was a little heaven on earth. I no doubt think that part 2 of this story will end as good….if not better….than this beginning!! Gosh businesses like this a hard find….yet nestled right here in Marion Indiana!! Looking forward and more than happy to support the “Kingdom” in every aspect! Sent by God! Just a kiss from Jesus this day! From an angst to a joy! Part 2 coming……
