Mark, I’m sorry you feel this way. We did attempt to return calls and communicate during an extremely busy period following multiple local storm events, which created a very high volume of inspections and estimate requests across the area. While I understand your frustration, several interactions with our office became difficult early on, and despite that, our team still attempted to remain professional and responsive throughout the process. Unfortunately, during severe weather events we are not always able to accommodate every project as quickly as customers would like. We appreciate every opportunity to serve our local community and wish you the best moving forward.

Don't waste your time. Called and could never get them to even give an estimate. If they can't even be reliable enough to do this, they certainly wouldn't be responsible enough to do the work.

Called and scheduled a quote 3 weeks later no call back and still have not shown up to my house like he stated he would. When I call their number it rings once then straight to voice-mail. Almost like I was blocked. Communication is key to a great business. Unfortunately it is not there! Good luck!

Hi Rita, I apologize you were having trouble getting through and can guarantee you were not blocked as stated. There is a Real estate service company that shares the phone service. It's possible you got through on the wrong side. We could also have been on the line when you called. We have never had any trouble with our answering machine and got no message either. I did come past later that week we spoke but could not find the property address and Google maps doesn't show that address listed either. I'm not sure if your number was entered wrong but had no way of getting ahold of you. We do our best to answer all calls and return all messages, we did not get a message. I'm not sure what the problem was with the phone service but I apologize and I'm sorry.

I am a local contractor and was in need of a quick roof on a brand new room addition in the "monsoon" season and Brian squeezed it for us, and for the customer. Obviously we were worried about rain getting in the house. GRAND roofing did a great job! And we now have peace of mind!

I got a quote from a big sponsored company who told me my my roof was horrible and listed a bunch of things wrong (without actually stepping onto my roof). I decided to get multiple quotes. Brian with Grand Roofing showed up and immediately got a ladder out and got on the roof to check things out. He quickly found a couple of problems where the leaks were happening. A couple nails had popped out where we had some vents and plastic boots around pipes had cracked. He explained everything to me very professionally and took care of those problems right away (likely saving me the $17,000 the other company quoted me for my problems). Brian is very honest and knows his stuff. He said if I had any more problems in those areas to let him know and he would come back and replace the actual boots/vents and that the roof was in fact not in shambles as the other company had said (once again without even going up on the roof). I’d definitely recommend Grand Roofing

Top notch service, professionalism and advice. Brian really knows his stuff. We had an unexpected leak from severe wind and he was over right away to get it under control. I've spoken to a lot of roofers in the Howard County area and I can't recommend Grand Roofing enough!
