  This is unethical to go 5 star farming based on the girl who set up my quote appointment. Was she nice? Yes. Also the sales guy who quoted me, I really liked him too. And maybe I'd like the actual work you do, but how many of your stars are you farming before any actual work? Which I think you know is misleading. The other 2 roofing companies didn't do this either

  Cody showed up and first thing he asked was where is my husband which instantly made me decide not to use this company. Then no quote was actually given I was told to get a quote both my husband and myself must be present even though I had already explained in the one doing everything. Sexism doesn’t look good on a business so ladies if your doing a project and you are in charge don’t call this company!

First, I'd like to apologize that your interaction left you feeling disrespected. That is certainly not the impression we want to leave with any homeowner. I also want to assure you that your experience was not the result of a belief that women are incapable of making decisions regarding their homes. As a woman serving as the COO of our company, and with many women serving in leadership and key roles throughout Kingdom Roofing Systems, we value and respect every customer regardless of gender. The question about your husband was most likely related to one of our sales training standards rather than an assumption about who should make decisions. We train our Project Advisors to ask that all property owners and decision-makers be present during the consultation whenever possible. The purpose is to ensure everyone hears the same information, has an opportunity to ask questions, and can make an informed decision together. That policy applies regardless of whether the decision-makers are spouses, family members, business partners, or co-owners. That said, we recognize there are situations where one homeowner is fully authorized to make decisions, and we should have listened more carefully when you explained that you were handling the project. While our process is intended to educate all decision-makers, we understand how our communication in this instance came across, and we appreciate the feedback. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We'll use your experience as a coaching opportunity to ensure our team better explains the reasoning behind our process while remaining sensitive to each customer's individual circumstances.

  Enjoyed spending time with Matt as he is very knowledgeable and was able to thanswrr all questions I had. As I told him, I have several quotes scheduled and will not be making a decision until all quotes are in. That won't be before the end of next week.Thank you.

  They did a very thorough inspection and took pictures to show the condition of our roof. The salesman was very kind. It did seem like he was newer and there was a couple of things he had trouble explaining.
