Josh the Sales Representative was very polite and professional. Did he follow up after the job was sold? No. Did we have issues ? Yes. Understanding that the weather was not the greatest after install the exhaust pipes were not sealed which they had to come back. We are now seeing mold in the attic area where there was moisture. They also left several nails in the yard and damaged our pergola. Also understanding the payment goes to a financial institution which has taken 4 payments from our account within a weeks time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate you acknowledging Josh’s professionalism and are genuinely sorry to hear about the concerns you’ve described. At Kingdom Roofing, we take all workmanship and moisture-related concerns very seriously, especially anything involving potential mold. While it is uncommon to see mold develop so quickly after an installation—particularly this time of year—we do not dismiss these concerns. Our team has already reached out to coordinate an inspection so we can properly assess the attic and address any issues. Our work is covered under warranty, and if we find that something we did contributed to the problem, we will make it right. Our immediate priority is completing the inspection and resolving any verified issues. Thank you for trusting Kingdom Roofing with your home and for bringing these concerns to our attention. We appreciate your business and want to reassure you that we are committed to addressing this thoroughly and making things right.

Called Kingdom roofing to check my roofing concerns. Cody was dispatched and arrived right on-time. He reviewed my concerns and consulted with another. He then described his findings in a understable language. The price quoted seemed comparable. I highly recommend using Kingdom Roofing and Cody.

We recently experienced some storm damage to our roof. We worked with Emma to quickly get something scheduled. Emma was pleasant and very helpful. She even reached out when other appointments canceled to move ours up. Jess arrived at our house, took the time to not only inspect the roof but talk through best options. Jess was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional! Although I hope I don’t have to call back anytime soon…whenever that time comes, I will definitely be contacting Kingdom Roofing!
