  I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and Innovative Installations. When this process started, State Farm was only wanting to address approximately 17 shingles on our roof. If we had simply accepted the insurance company's original decision, that probably would have been the end of it. Innovative Installations did not give up. Brandon and his team took the time to actually investigate our roof and understand what was needed. They had our existing shingles professionally identified, researched the manufacturer requirements, found documentation showing that our shingles were discontinued and could not be properly mixed with the products being made today, researched the applicable Indiana building codes, obtained independent roof measurements, and put together detailed documentation supporting why a small repair was not the proper solution. They also continued communicating and pushing back when State Farm did not initially agree. What impressed me most was that they didn't just tell us the insurance company was wrong — they actually did the research and provided the documentation to prove their position. Because of their knowledge and persistence, our claim went from State Farm wanting to replace roughly 17 shingles to ultimately approving replacement of the entire roof. Insurance claims can be extremely confusing and overwhelming for a homeowner, and I am very thankful we had Innovative Installations in our corner. They understood roofing, building codes, manufacturer requirements, insurance documentation, and how to put everything together in a way that supported our claim. Most importantly, they didn't take no for an answer when they knew the facts supported something different. They stayed with it until the claim was properly addressed. If you are dealing with an insurance claim and want a roofing contractor who will actually do their homework, document everything and advocate for the work that is legitimately needed, I would highly recommend Innova

  My wife and I noticed some wind damage to our roof recently and were lucky enough to meet Kyle from Innovative Installations when he came out to install our new screen door. This was the first time we had ever filed an insurance claim for our home so we were complete newbies. Kyle patiently walked us through the entire process, made sure he was onsite when the adjuster came to do an estimate, carefully explained next steps, and offered advice throughout. When we ran into some issues with our insurance company, Brandon McGuire, the owner of Innovative Installations, stepped in personally to help us get it resolved. He bent over backwards to make it work for us and even pulled some strings to get the materials for our new roof quicker than expected. The install process was smooth and simple. Kyle again walked us through the whole process so there were no surprises. He arrived with the install crew on the morning of and stayed throughout the entire install to ensure everything was handled properly. He documented everything with a drone camera and provided full explanations for any and all questions. We were extremely grateful for all the help both Kyle and Brandon provided during the sometimes frustrating process with our insurer. They're both great guys to work with and are 100% honest, upfront, and clear about everything. If you're in need of a new roof, don't even bother looking around. Just call Innovative Installation. Trust me, these guys will go above and beyond to take care of you. Can't recommend them highly enough.
