  I have had an awful experience with Roof it Forward...In the beginning it wasn't too bad but apparently the salesman I had was new. To start off, my roof had a leak (the flashing around my chimney), the salesman, who I didnt know was ONLY a salesman, offered to climb up there and take a look and tarp anything he saw wrong to prevent more water damage until they could get out to fix it. Well he slapped 2 tarps on my roof even though he did not see any damage in my shingles causing a leak.. Then I spent almost FOUR MONTHS going back and forth with the salesman and his manager who just kept running me in circles about when we would fix the flashing around my chimney AND now replace the shingles the salesman damaged with the tarps. We ended up having another big storm and the leak had spread deeper into my living room from waiting so long to be repairs that the leak ended up reaching my tv and frying it. I contacted them AGAIN trying to figure out what the heck is going on and asking for the tv to be replaced because this wouldn't have happened if I didnt sign a contract with them for them to fix my flashing and them be dragging their feet. Recently now I'm being told mixed information regarding them even doing flashing repairs! Clayton was helpful though and did end up coming out and replacing the shingles the salesman damaged, which I am thankful for. I had to find a different contractor to fix my flashing which I could have had done months ago. Now the leak is finally fixed, no thanks to Roof it Forward but I was told almost 2 weeks ago that the owner would reach out regarding my request for the tv to be replaced due to their failed communication and no surprise, he also is not reaching out to me. I've even called and left messages. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone due to the fact that they WILL NOT communicate with you.

  We went out and talked with the homeowners, back in the fall of 2021. They had an issue around their chimney. We were contracted to build a cricket and replace any decking that needed replacing. Once we came out and did it, the homeowner wanted me to come back out because they weren't home, and take a look. He was convinced that no decking was replaced. We came back out and removed things so he could see that the decking was replaced, and reshingled. Since that time I have not received any communication from them. Nor have they ever viseted the office or called the owner. If you wish to contact the owner his number is 317-385-2862. He would be happy to field your call.

  Mike I am sorry you feel that you had a poor experience with our inspection services. Can I ask why we were not used to meet the adjuster on your re inspection ? In the past 15 years this is one of the first times I have received a complaint that we told a client they had damages when they did not.   Initially, I was impressed with the process and professionalism. The guy worked hard to get State Farm to approve the claim and kept in touch. From there on out, chaos. First, he demanded a second deductible check from me when I already paid the deductible on my gutters right before. Told me I was wrong. My insurance agent was wrong. I had to call the company manager to get him to understand there is no second deductible. Then, they said the materials would be delivered the day before installation on 8/13 (yesterday). Installation on Thursday. Contractors came out, put a huge dumpster in my driveway, blocking my exit out of the garage, and was told see you tomorrow. Miscommunication at every juncture. Guy who works for the company said the materials would be delivered the day before installation, yet here we are.

  Roof It Forward is a company to stay away from. Not just for your own replacement or repairs, but as a neighboring property owner as well. Workers will trespass on neighboring properties, park in front of other's garages, blocking entry or exit, and then call you profanities when asked politely to move off of private property, and leave trash on your property. Then, return and park there again and eat lunch and take a nap on your lawn. Some of them even went as far as to sit on my vehicle parked on my private driveway, causing damage to the vehicle. Foreman stated that they would take care of it, but when the "Indiana Executive Director of Sale's and Promotions" (he was sure to correct and inform me of his proper title), Chris Asher contacted me, he refused to address or rectify the issue. He made excuses, and because I hadn't recorded the incident on video, refused to do anything. Avoid this business for your needs, and pray your neighbors do too!

  Brent did an excellent job replacing our roof. He arrived early in the morning, and the entire project was completed by around lunchtime. The crew worked efficiently and professionally, and everything was very well organized from start to finish. They also did a great job cleaning up all the debris, leaving our property spotless. Brent repaired a damaged section of our chimney, which we really appreciated. We also noticed after the project was finished that they had cleaned our gutters as well, which was a thoughtful extra touch. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. Thank you, Brent, for making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Brent and his team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing contractor.

  I had Evan hammer knock on my door and inform me that there was a hail storm in my area, he offered me a free roof inspection and was done in about 20 minutes! He got down and showed me all the pictures he took on my roof. I was lucky enough to have been missed by the bigger hail. He was super honest and upfront with me about not having enough damage to file a claim which most roofers aren’t!! He left me with a card and an honest report Evan hammer will be my roofer from here on out!!! If you need an inspection ask for him he was very polite, professional, and most importantly HONEST!

  We would highly recommend Roof It Forward. William Linder came out to provide an estimate on a new roof. He was beyond gracious and helped us through the process of submitting a claim to cover the cost of a new roof after storm damage. William with Roof It Forward was well informed and personable throughout the estimate and claim process.

  We lost our roof in the storm last March. I contacted Roof It Forward and Chris came out the next day to look at our roof and give us a quote. He showed us how to properly secure the roof to prevent further damage until it was replaced. He advised us on and gave us what we needed to submit to our insurance company and came out quickly once the claim was approved. Phenomenal local company to work with!

  Roof It Forward just finished hail damage on our home and they were fantastic! They were right on schedule, worked tirelessly and cleaned up so well we couldn't tell they were ever there!   We had a neighbor’s tree drop a limb that damaged our roof. That damage combined with age of existing roof meant time for a new roof. We had multiple estimates and selected Brent Ludlow and the Roof It Forward team. We are very pleased by Brent’s guidance and investment in our property and the team that did the new roof installation. Love the Owen’s Corning Duration shingles we selected!

  Had some storm damage and needed new shingles. Called our local neighborhood roof guy, Brent Ludlow. He met with the adjuster and talked with him, helped when we had correspondence problems with insurance company, and the team got the roof done in a day. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall great experience.

  We recently had to replace our entire roof due to storm damage. We met Kenny by chance while he was trying to find his way to an appointment. From our very first conversation, he never pressured us into replacing our roof—something that stood out compared to several other roofing contractors we had spoken with. Instead, Kenny took the time to share his knowledge and provide honest advice to help us determine whether a replacement was truly necessary. As it turned out, it was. Throughout the entire process, he was informative, responsive, and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. Kenny and the ARAC Roof It Forward team also identified and corrected several issues from the previous roof installation, helping ensure we would not face future problems. One thing that especially impressed me was the way Kenny served and supported his crew. He wasn't simply there to supervise the job; he made sure the crew was well taken care of and was even up on the roof working alongside them.   ARAC Roof It Forward Noblesville did a splendid job on a total roof replacement. The owner answered the phone and explained product and service options. Brent Ludlow provided additional information at my home, and listened carefully to two unique technical concerns. Brent kept me apprised of the schedule, while judiciously considering the weather forecast. The Roofing crew was experienced, polite, diligent and worked efficiently with no wasted movement. Brent carefully monitored progress on-site, and the owner dropped by to ensure I was pleased. It was a pleasure working with Brent and the ARAC team; workmanship was high quality at a fair price, and I highly recommend their services.

  I should have written this review a lot sooner and in light of recent events anyone reading this now will truly appreciate why this review is important for the total customer service CJ of Roof it Forward demonstrated is something that needs to be told and praised. First, CJ is a consummate gentleman and professional. Second, he knows roofing. Third, I was happy that I answered my door to CJ after I had been bombarded by other roofing companies after storms and a recent tornado whipped through my neighborhood. CJ was not only there every step of the way, but he took a load off me in working with our insurance company and not only knowing but anticipating what would be needed to get our roof redone. CJ delivered. In the weeks leading up to the installation, CJ was communicating with me constantly. He always took my calls and worked my roof as if it was his own. CJ showed up and stayed on the day of installation. He supervised the crew and made sure to engage and include me in the process as needed. I was lucky to have an honorable person like CJ to take on such an important home project. Recently, almost a year later I had another roofing company doing their rounds around my neighborhood and approached me telling me that I had several shingles missing. You can imagine my surprise as I told this roofer that I found that hard to believe since my roof was just done. I reached out to CJ after a year and he responded that day with a date and a time to come inspect my roof. That customer service beyond the initial date of service is another testament to CJs commitment to his customers. The final verdict: There were no missing shingles or damage as suspected. Had there been any I knew I had ample warranty coverage, but CJ provided that peace of mind far after his job was done.
