  I typically don’t give reviews, but this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did work over a year ago and I was told they don’t warranty their work from the sales guy. They repeatedly said they would come out and do a water test which never happened, the don’t return calls and take forever to follow up. I would not recommend them to anyone looking to trouble shoot where a leak is coming from. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

  Their ad says that they recycle asphalt shingles. They don't accept one's from anything but their own jobs

  EDIT: After moving I had them out for a quote to fix siding. I was told it could not be fixed and must be replaced. I was told it would be over $20,000+ to repair with James Hardy siding. I had it repaired for less than $1,000 by a handy man. Looks great and couldn't be happier. I can no longer recommend Moss Roofing and am changing my 5 star review to a 0 star review.

  Sean, our team has very strict guidelines on how they are to behave when using company property. This is the first time we have had a complaint regarding the behavior of one of our team members in terms of their driving. I am interested to know where and when this happened.   I would not recommend this company. They did a horrible job on replacing my roof, shingles are loose and a lot blow off every time the wind blows. I know as soon as it rains the roof is going to leak and ruin our ceilings and maybe create a mold problem, OMG!!! They keep saying that they are going to come back and fix it "right" but they have not, all they keep giving me is a lot of lies and excuses. Very poor customer service, after care, professionalism, and workmanship. If you are considering roofing repairs or replacements, my best advice is do not use this company they claim they are God fearing Christians that's how they sucked me but they are not, they are greed devils who will do subpar work and never come back once they have your money, BEWARE.

  Our salesman Cody was great. He explained the whole process and timeline and was spot on. Very accessible and knowledgeable. I was told the crew would be there at 700am. They rand the doorbell right at 700am and on the roof tearing it off before 730 after they got set up. Alan was the on-site manager and was awesome. He should me the materials and explained all of the benefits of the products used. He answered all of my questions no matter how big or small. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. The entire crew Cody, Alan, the office, and the roofers were very professional.

  My parents got their roof done with Moss. They were personable and dependable. They got the roof done in one day and took great care to make sure they cleaned up the flower beds and they made sure there were no nails left over. I would recommend them!

  Quick to check out the original damage on our flat roof. Scheduled fairly easily and crew finished the job in a day and a half. One item required information be provided to me, crew came back and finished up nicely. Moss management is accessible and communicative if anything does come up.

  Had roof replaced in April multiple circumstances have occurred since. Nevertheless, I would be remised not to mention the professionalism from start to finish. From estimates to insurance delays to full completion. Jamie Miller was awesome, worked with my hectic schedule and family emergencies. His crew was fantastic, that were the thorough and very professional from start to finish. Excellent Job!!! I will be recommending Moss to everyone that needs their services. 5 Stars plus

  Shawn (sales) was great. Zero pressure, only assurance that it would be done right and then described what that means. Scheduling was quick, which is really good because there was an active leak. Crew showed up on time, and cleaned up everything. Definitely recommend! Not the cheapest, but reasonable, they were professional, quick and done right.

  Moss Roofing did an excellent job of evaluating my current gutters, identifying why I needed new ones , explaining the process and following through after the job was done ! My salesman was personable and truly listened to all my questions. I 100% recommend this company and will call them for my future roofing job
