  The reason for the three week delay and slower response is because I had my cancer removed. The customer knows this and it literally almost cost my leg. I fought for my life trying to stay alive in the hospital for about seven days. This is due to the size of my cancer tumor , the rarity of this type of cancer, and painfulness of it's removal. I did go home after seven days but I had major issues because my body almost went into shock because of the amount of tissue I lost. So back to the hospital I went, and I learned more on how to manage the pain. They removed a 10 inch tumor in my hip area, and I have a 16 inch stitch for it's removal. About two weeks later the stitches got infected and back to the surgery table I went, because the infection was too deep. So I got cut open again as they cleaned out portions of the 16 inches of stitches. So the customer who is aware of my medical problems says I am mistreating them because I'm fighting a cancer? He literally said it wasn't an excuse for not calling him. We answered every phone call. We even worked on the schedule to line up crews to address his concerns, but he kept changing what he wanted. As soon as we had a crew lined up and be ready to schedule he would change what he wanted. We tried to please this guy, but he refuses to let us address any issues because I spent three weeks battling cancer. Then refused any remedy we offered. So I've had to send this to our attorney because the customer won't even be reasonable.

  Place sucks took $10,000 and never came to do the work. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.wish I had something good to say about the company and experience between us but that is not the case

  Your review is all lies, you were never a customer, never put money down, never even contacted us. You hide behind a profile without a name. The reason you did a Google review like this and not a BBB review is because BBB verified your identity. You must be a competitor that can't stand for us to do business for our fellow Hoosiers. We served Indiana 13 years as King Kong Roofing and I installed for 28 years, this brings our customer base to just over 10,000. We do commercial and residential exteriors. Hotels, churches, businesses, schools, and many more commercial applications we have finished. We are proud of our service because we are big enough to serve our commercial accounts and can scale down to an affordable cost for our residential customers.

  Called them. They set up appointment came the next day instead of appointment date. Then they came patched it without calling to get approval and sent a bill. Three days later it was raining and leaking again. Let them know. That was on a Wednesday, they said they could not come until Saturday at 5:00 pm. It rained and leaked the next two days. Saturday came they didn’t show up for their appointment time , so I contacted them. They said they could come Monday between 4-6. It supposed to rain tomorrow and will leak again. Not impressed at all! Call someone else!

  We appreciate your feedback which helps us serve our fellow hoosiers. Weather was the main contributing factor for the schedule change. Spotty showers and minimal dry times that week made it difficult to predict an appropriate time to perform the repair.

  We had a roof leak, David came out the same day and less than 24 hours after the first call had my roof repaired at a fair price. Very thankful for this company. Highly recommend.

  King Kong Roofing was very fast with communication as we called them with storm damage and they came out that morning to tarp us up to help us with our roof leak and installing our new roof. They have great customer service and great quality and got it done in a timely manner!

  They not only replaced the roof with shingles on our 2 story garage, they replaced all the decking, repaired upstairs flooring where it was damaged and the damaged rafters. Then they cleaned up the upstairs and all the grounds until spotless. Very highly recommend King Kong roofing! Jerry and Susan Jones

  We've used King Kong Roofing for all our roofing needs for several years. They've replaced two roofs for us, and done any repairs we needed. Honest, pleasant people to work with. We wouldn't use anybody else!
