We can’t say enough good things about this roofing team. During a severe wind storm, a large number of shingles blew off and the roof started taking damage fast. We called Preston, and he responded right away. He got up on the roof in very strong winds and secured a temporary patch to help prevent more water intrusion and further damage. Preston also took time to explain the insurance claim process and what to expect for a full roof replacement once conditions are right. He walked us through our roofing options, explained the difference between materials, and helped us understand which system would be the best fit for our home and budget. He made us feel calm, informed, and confident through the whole situation. We really appreciated the quick emergency roof repair, honest advice, and professional service.

Kim Brothers Roof Repair did a great job removing our old worn shingles, replacing damaged roof decking and rotted wood, and putting in a strong new roof and gutter system. We were concerned about getting a reroof done during rainy weather, but the crew stayed on top of the forecast and used smart dry-in steps to keep the home protected throughout the project. They explained any hidden issues they found, gave us clear repair options, and kept communication easy from start to finish. The workmanship was solid, the pricing was competitive, and the whole roofing process felt organized and professional. Now we have a dependable roof with better protection, good drainage, and the peace of mind that it will hold up well for many years. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

kim brothers roof repair was recommended by several people in our neighborhood, so we decided to give them a call for a roof replacement estimate. they were the fourth and final roofing contractor we met with, and the experience stood out right away. jude came to our home for the estimate review and was friendly, professional, and very easy to talk with. he took time to answer all of my questions and explained the roofing process in simple terms. during the visit, he showed us a roof layout created from a satellite image and walked us through what he felt was needed for the project. we talked about shingle options, materials, flashing, ventilation, and other parts of the roof system so we could better understand the full scope of the work. i was very impressed with how clearly everything was explained, and i learned a lot about what goes into a quality roof replacement in florida’s hot and rainy weather. i was also pleasantly surprised by how fair the estimate was. home improvement projects can often feel overwhelming, but this roofing team made the whole process smooth and stress-free. the finished roof and gutters look beautiful, and the workmanship really improved the look of our home. even people passing by have complimented the new roof.

We waited a while before posting this review so we could see how the new roof handled the Florida heat, rain, and storms. The whole roofing experience was excellent. Dean came out quickly, went over the roof replacement process, and helped us pick a different shingle color while clearly explaining all the details. The roofing crew arrived on schedule and completed the reroof in a short time. They cleaned up the yard and work area very well and left us with a beautiful new roof. The replacement shingles look great, and we even noticed improved insulation and better comfort inside the house. We highly recommend this roofing company for professional service, quality workmanship, and a smooth operation.

Wonderful experience with Kim Brothers Roof Repair. Preston was my project manager and clearly walked me through the best options for replacing my old roof. I decided to add a ridge vent, mold-resistant shingles, and drip edge to help protect the roof system from moisture and wood rot, which is especially important with the heat, heavy rain, and humidity in FL. The insurance claim process went smoothly because of Preston’s hard work, strong knowledge of roofing requirements, and good communication with my adjuster. I would highly recommend them for roof replacement work. The roofing crew was excellent, paid close attention to every detail, worked efficiently, and left the yard completely clean when the job was finished.
