  The business had a quick response and scheduled to do an estimate for a roof repair on Monday. Wednesday they called back not remembering they called and scheduled and then informed me that they served Worcester County but not in Rutland area. It's unfortunate because our town webpage gave excellent reviews.

  With an 18th century house, finding people who can do repair work while respecting the historical materials and appearance can be difficult. Kidd-Luukko did a beautiful job repairing our slate roof and installing some copper gutters and downspouts, stuck with the project through the inevitable twists and turns, and was very fair in their billing. Highly recommended.

  Great service. The roof needed an unexpected amount of repair, but they still took care of the whole thing in 1 day and charged a reasonable amount for the added work. They cleaned up well too.

  Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Franco was fantastic and made sure we were comfortable during the whole process. Crew was prompt and extremely hard working. Stayed until the sun was going down to get the job done. Cleanup was very thorough. Would highly recommend!
