  Not worth the hassle. Ron partakes in ethically questionable business tactics. He'll tell you he can get a price break but you have to act now as his supplier needs to get an order in before a certain date. Months go by and low and behold he's not even sure if all the material is available. Well, what is the point of specifically ordering early? To secure the contract. This guy will sell you a 'lifetime' warranty on a roof he knows damn well won't be supported by the shingle manufacturer. Finally, he will absolutely ghost you once the job is done. When you finally do get in contact with him, he's got some excuse as to why he wasn't available. If he's fallen on hard times, my heart goes out, but working with Ron isn't worth any 'savings' you might have.

  Wondering if anyone who has worked with Ron has a copy of his insurance number? We went with keystone exterior after numerous consults and unfortunately fell for his pitch. After months of delays, had the roof and siding replaced. Roof has a leak and Ron has apparently ghosted. If anything, can warn others about using this company/contractor!

  My initial experience with Keystone Exterior Solutions was good. My roof was leaking a year ago and Ron told me what he thought the problem was. He was in constant contact with me regarding the plan to handle my roof leak. He even apologized after some of his employees left some debris in my yard. I was told after all the work was finished that my roof would be leak-free for about 10 years. A little over a year later, my roof started leaking again. This time the leak was worse than before. I called Ron to see if he could take a look at it because I was under the impression that my roof should still be in good condition. Ron told me that he we come out to look at it, but never did. I called and left a voice mail, but received no response. I ended up having to find another contractor to fix my problem. I'd be hesitant to use their services because if a problem arises down the road they may not answer.

  Keystone did a great job. 4 years ago they Provided windows roof siding with all top quality and very energy efficient materials. Plus very competitive pricing. Then Just this year we called them back and they replaced our kitchen and we can't say enough good words about this experience. We highly recommend Keystone. They are a very reliable business with great communication and even better pricing.

  Ron and his team did an outstanding job of replacing my roof. Completed in a timely manner. Good job cleaning up and removing debris. Easy to work with and performed at a competitive price. Highly recommended

  Recently we replaced the windows with Keystone Exterior Solutions. We work with Ron a few years ago to replace about half of the windows. Recently, we call him to replace the windows that we didn’t replaced the first time. The installation was completed quickly.   Ron is happy to answer any and all questions you have. As a first time homeowner, it's great to have a contractor that takes the time to answer your questions. Rob helped me get a new roof and was done in a day. Would definitely go back to him for additional work since he has expertise wider than just roof installations.

  Ron is a man of his word and he shows up to get the job done. He's knowledgeable on all aspects of exterior and interior work. I appreciate Ron's attention to detail and his knowledge. And I would highly recommend him for any project that you may have.

  You can't beat quality workmanship at a great price. That's what Keystone gave us as they replaced our roof. Ron also gave us a thorough explanation of the process and materials.

  Ron and his crew did a fantastic job on my roof. He took the time to explain in detail all of the work he was going to do. The crew was courteous when they arrived and did a wonderful job during the cleanup. I highly recommend Keystone Exterior for your house.

  KES did an excellent job replacing our roof and gave us the best price. The workmanship was great and we appreciated working with Ron throughout the process. He walked us through the replacement start-to-finish and helped us pick all the options we needed. One of the reasons we went with KES is because of the additional services they provide when compared to other roofers, as explained by Ron. They use stainless steel nails and GAF shingles, which allowed KES to offer us a very good warranty on the roof, which was important to us. The skylight was done perfectly, also. We are very happy and would not hesitate to call KES again in the future when we need our siding done.
