We recently had our 18-year-old roof restored using the GoNano product, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jeff Dick was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. He took great care to protect the surrounding area while working, and the entire project was completed with attention to detail and pride in his work. If you’re considering roof restoration, I highly recommend Jeff. His professionalism, reliability, and quality workmanship made the whole process easy and stress-free. We’re very pleased with the results!

We recently had Jeff and Crystal from Key City Surface Solutions work on our roof, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jeff was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He took the time to explain the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was done properly. The attention to detail was impressive, and it was obvious that quality workmanship is a top priority for him. Our dated roof received the GoNano Revive treatment and looks brand new! What really stood out was the customer service. Crystal was fantastic to deal with and even brought treats for our dog, which instantly won her over. It’s those small personal touches that make a company memorable. The job was completed on time, the work area was left clean, and the results exceeded our expectations. It’s refreshing to work with people who genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. If you’re looking for a trustworthy local company that does great work and treats customers (and dogs) right, I would highly recommend Jeff and Crystal at Key City Surface Solutions.

If you are looking to extend the life of your roof without the massive expense of a full replacement, I cannot recommend Key City Surface Solutions enough. We discussed the age of my roofs and the product that would best suit my budget, the house is a bit older so they used a different product from my garage which is for newer roofs. Jeff was very informative about the options available for my roof and didn't oversell me something i didn't need. They tarped the deck and surrounding areas to guarantee that no product overspray landed on our outdoor furniture or surfaces. He took the time to clean the gutters, reseal pipes and the nails in the ridge cap. Jeff provided before and after drone pictures and a extensive report of the work completed. He kept in contact with me to ensure the warranty process was carried out properly. That's right, warranty! Bottom line is though If you want someone who actually gives a damn about the quality of their work and won't cut corners, definitely give Jeff a call. My roof looks great and the whole process was easy.
