  Was very impressed with the entire installation process. Quoting: When I asked for a quote I was presented a date and time when the company representative would show up at the site and review the potential installation. The representative phoned a day before the on site quote and confirmed the date and time of the meeting. The representative arrived on time and answered all my questions/concerns and presented me with various options. The representative agreed to provide me with various quoted options and provided me with a date when I would receive the quote. The quote was provided on the date promised and was given various options for installation. Agreement: I agreed to my preferred option, paid my deposit and was given a potential timeframe for installation. I was informed that I would be given an exact date of installation within two weeks. Within that timeframe I was informed of the exact date of installation. Installation: The installer arrived on site on the confirmed date and completed the installation within the timeframe provided. Final product: The eavestroughs and downspouts were installed professionally, and the site was cleaned up and the old eavestroughs and downspouts were removed. My Review: I had contacted various gutter/eavestrough installation companies and all the other companies either did not return my calls, agreed to get back to me but did not or not show up to prepare a quote when they said they would. Top of the World Eavestrough proves that there still are professional/competent contractors that provide services as per their verbal and contractual agreement.   Joseph at Top of the World Eavestrough was great to work with and got started fast. Snow caused a few delays, but the minute it melted enough he was back and got everything finished. He did our fascia covers, snow stops, eavestroughs, and downspouts. All looks solid and clean with great color matching. Highly recommend

  Had old eavestrough's removed and replaced along with screens. Joseph did a great job and answered questions and provided us with the information we needed to get a first class result. Left the area spotless and the communication with Michelle was timely and on spot. Would recommend highly.

Replacing this front downspout. The old downspout was crushed to bend around the rock work, restricting water flow and catching debris. May 8, 2026
