The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Kendall West Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Total game-changers! Kendall West Roofing just finished putting a brand new roof on my house and it looks absolutely incredible. The whole team was super cool, answered all my dumb questions, and left my Miami yard completely spotless. 10/10 recommendation!

We were just days away from closing on the sale of our home last month when the buyer's home inspector discovered a localized moisture-intrusion failure located directly above the breakfast nook. With the contract hanging in the balance, we needed a certified professional to execute an immediate structural repair here in Miami, FL. I reached out to Kendall West Roofing explaining our urgent timeline. They fast-tracked our project, stripped the deck to bare wood, replaced the compromised plywood layers, and provided full certification paperwork within 48 hours. Thanks to their rapid response, the transaction closed on time with zero friction.

Kendall West Roofing did a solid job. Punctual crew, good communication, no mess left behind. The new metal roof totally changed the look of my house. Got compliments from people walking by. Worth every dollar.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Kendall West Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
