Had another amazing experience with Top Florida Roofing — this was actually our second project with them, and we truly love working with their team. This time we had a shingle roofing system done, and once again everything went smooth from start to finish. The communication, professionalism, cleanliness, and quality of work were all top notch. The crew was efficient, respectful, and delivered exactly what was promised. Big shoutout to Vanessa for always being on top of everything and making the entire process stress free. She’s responsive, organized, and a pleasure to work with. It’s hard finding companies that are this reliable nowadays, which is why we continue coming back to them. Highly recommend Top Florida Roofing to anyone looking for quality work and a team you can trust!

We recently had a roof repair completed and were very happy with the experience. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent — they kept us informed and answered all of our questions promptly. The pricing was fair and reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Most importantly, they were dependable, showed up when promised, and completed the work professionally. Highly recommend for anyone needing honest and reliable roof repair work.

I can honestly say that if you are going to get your roof fixed or get a whole new roof, you need to go to Top Florida Roofing. You will not regret it. The owner Xavier and his employees, especially Vanesa (my point of contact), are awesome! I needed a whole new roof so I called a lot of roofing companies. Vanesa called me back right away. She had workers show up to my house the very next day to make a full evaluation with pictures and measurements. All the other companies took a day or two before calling me back and gave me an evaluation by going online only. They wanted me to wait even longer for an in-person evaluation and wanted to charge me for it. Not only did Top Florida Roofing give me the best price, there were no hidden costs, the work was excellent and the job was done in record time. Vanesa kept me posted along the way. She made all the calls to the HOA and helped me get my permits as soon as possible. I could not be happier with how professional yet friendly and accommodating Top Florida Roofing is. Seriously, don't waste your time going anywhere else. I am taking time out to write a review, which I hardly ever do, because I am truly impressed. :)

Margie, thank you so much for taking the time to share this — it truly means a lot to us. We know how overwhelming it can feel when you need a full roof replacement, especially with so many options out there, so hearing that you felt confident, informed, and taken care of throughout the entire process is exactly what we strive for. Vanesa and our team take a lot of pride in being responsive, transparent, and hands-on from day one — from the initial inspection all the way through permits, HOA coordination, and final completion. We believe our clients deserve real evaluations, clear communication, and no surprises along the way. We’re especially grateful you noticed the effort behind the speed, quality, and pricing — delivering all three is something we work hard to balance on every project. Thank you again for trusting Top Florida Roofing with your home. It was truly a pleasure working with you, and we’re always here if you ever need anything in the future. — Xavier & The Top Florida Roofing Team
