I called RTI Roofing to get an estimate to fix some minor issues with my roof. I hired another contractor to fix it for $600. RTI Roofing never came to my house. They texted me an estimate for $2800. The 1st item of it was perform a roof inspection. ( I don't understand that one ) Just my opinion RTI Roofing is over-priced. They even continued to text me after I said no to their service. ( I don't understand that one either ) It pays to shop around.

The company replaced twour roof twice. Recently with all this rain we had a leak in the kitchen so I called for RTC to repair. The work they did in the past was excellent so you can imagine when the crew came and spent 15 minutes and said they repaired the leak and charged us $495. With in 6 months it was leaking again. I called and they retired and spent 30 minutes and repaired it again for 495.00 again. Again after 2 months it is leaking again. I called anther company and they took pictures and the roof was not repaired other than some tar put on it. Do not use RTI. Make sure they show you pictures before and after the repairs. I do not know what happened to this company

RTI Roofing never repaired my leak, refused to honor warranty, I experieanced so many lie's from the office and person who claimed to repair the leak..Extremely Unprofessional, lacking skill to diagnose and repair leaks..Look at the photo, This is RTI Roofing's work, very unprofessional, still leaking..

I used this company back in 2015 to repair roof leaks in a certain area in my garage. Then in 2017 I had leaks in the same area and used them again. Then I developed leaks in the same area again in 2020, but I decided this time to use a different roofing company. I was told by the roof workers of this company that previous repair was not done completely correct. Since I am not a roofing expert, I cannot verify this. Time will tell if its done right this time. Perhaps the bosses of a roofing company should have their workers take photos of each step of the repairs to make sure they are done correctly. In my opinion, roofing repairs by any company are only as good as the worker's performance in doing the job.

Fixed two leaks, still leaking. Contacted again, went back out. Told me they would call me back. Never contacted me back, still waiting months later, wasted my money. Dont care about their customers. Bad!

This company is awful and irresponsible. Instead of fixing things, they come and destroy my roof; they've completely wrecked it. I have terrible dampness and have had to spend money to prevent mold. The guy in charge of repairs won't answer …

Great Experience I recently had my tile roof re-roofed by RTI Roofing at my home in Palmetto Bay, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and easy to work with. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers. RTI Roofing did a phenomenal job in our house. We had severe overheating in one of our rooms in the house. They correctly diagnosed that the roof had lack of ventilation and the heat built up in the attic had no escape path, keeping some …

Excellent Experience in Aruba RTI Roofing just completed the roofing project on my home in Aruba, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was initially a little nervous about hiring a company internationally after having bad experiences with other contractors who rushed through projects and didn’t take care of my property. RTI was completely different. Their crew was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and paid attention to every detail throughout the entire process. They treated my home as if it were their own, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely glad I took the recommendation to work with RTI Roofing. Knowing they are a U.S.-based company with a professional crew gave me tremendous peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend RTI Roofing to anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Phenomenal customer service… Metal roof they installed years ago is fabulous…. We called asking them to come back out years after the install to make sure everything was okay after a tree caused debris to collect on part of it. They came immediately, checked every part of the roof & reassured us that all was fine … just some dust that didn’t even need power washing. Again, great customer service! Highly recommend !!!

Outstanding Experience with RTI Roofing & Andres I can’t say enough great things about Andres and the entire team at RTI Roofing. From the very beginning, Andres was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions in detail, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before moving forward. The quality of work was exceptional. The crew showed up on time, kept the job site clean, and completed the project efficiently without cutting corners. The attention to detail and craftsmanship truly stood out. It’s clear that Andres takes pride in his work and runs his company with integrity. What impressed me most was the communication. I was kept informed throughout the entire project — no surprises, no delays, just honest and transparent service. If you’re looking for a roofing company that delivers top-quality results, professionalism, and reliability, I highly recommend Andres and RTI Roofing. Five stars all the way.
