  Called for their service on my damaged vent on my tenants Roof..he answered and we discussed what to do he informed me he would come to fix it last week for 450.00 and he never came that's why I gave them one star

  No show, no call and didn't return my calls while i spent over an hour waiting for them to show up for a scheduled appointment. Horrible business practices!

  Steve was wonderful and up front, explaining every detail of the job. In 30 minutes I knew exactly what, how long and when the job would entaile. I would suggest Keen Roofing in a heartbeat. Kept their word on every detail. They even went way and beyond on the job. Beautiful straight and even job.

  I used Keen Roofing to replace my roof after it was damaged in the big hail-storm May 2019. I didn’t realize the extent of the damage until a another out of area company pulled up in front of my house and offered a free inspection. They said that there was considerable damage but because they were not form the Bowling Green area, I didn’t ask for an estimate. I made the mistake of going to my insurance company before contacting Chris from Keen Roofing. The initial adjustor came back with a low-ball estimate. This started a running battle with the insurance company. With the help of Chris, I was able to obtain a reasonable settlement from my insurance. Bottom line I would recommend you contact Chris before you try to deal with your insurance company. Keen Roofing replaced my roof and did an excellent job. The did everything promised and did a great and timely job. I recommend Chris, and Keen Roofing, they do great work and will help work with your insurance company if you are going that route.

  Last month Keen Roofing did a full roof replacement on my home. His company did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. The owner, Chris Keen is very professional and takes a lot of pride in his work. With the exception of the insurance company, every thing concerning Keen Roofing went smoothly. I will definitely recommend Keen Roofing to anyone and I personally give them a 5 Star rating in my book. David Hall, Alvaton, Ky

  Best decision I made was to go with Chris Keen Roofing. He was very patient, polite, and professional. He was present throughout the process including when the roof was actually going on. His crew was very polite as well. The roof went on very quickly and they were especially careful to make sure all the nails were out of my yard. He kept checking to be sure everything was happening to my satisfaction. He also was very helpful dealing with my insurance company. I would recommend him time and time again.
