The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for KAP Roofing Services.

Our family paid Keith Pinn for a roofing job last October. The work still has not been done, and he has refused to return the money. After giving multiple opportunities to resolve the situation, we have been forced to pursue legal action. Additionally, people we know hired him for other roofing work. They reported poor workmanship, and after the problems arose, he stopped responding to them as well. We also searched the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation's license lookup and was unable to find an active license for him. Based on our experience and what we have personally observed, we would not recommend doing business with him.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Keith and his company. So helpful with all things roofing and carpentry. Will definitely recommend to others. Thank you for all your help and guidance in making my dad's home look like new!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on KAP Roofing Services. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
