Right away - Excellent experience. When a natural disaster passes through like the hail storm we had this spring, everybody rolls in. Unfortunately, quite a few of them are playing the games they're known for and are looking to maximize their profits within the chaos. Finding a legitimate contractor for an insurance job can be tricky to navigate. I did my due diligence by talking with a few places, but most importantly, was lucky to be put in contact with Juan at Kaliber. They stood out in a few ways - they're local, they had a highly competitive price, and I could immediately tell that, among roof jobs, contractor work is what Juan and Kaliber do all day long. They didn't just ride into town to make some quick paper before they bounce with zero intent of ever coming back again. I was quick to notice that Juan is confident in what he says and does. He knew almost exactly when he was going to have a crew at my home and how long it would take, which I obviously appreciated considering there's still materials in a lot of driveways that have been sitting there for weeks or maybe even months at this point. Communication was also spot on and if I had any questions Juan would respond immediately. I"ll most definitely be calling Juan/Kaliber in the future for when I need a job done the right way and with serious professionalism. Sorry for the long review, but this business deserves it. Thanks again, Juan.
