We were well overdue for a new roof and increased attic ventilation. After getting 5 different quotes, K2 was the clear choice - no one else was as thorough during the inspection (3 of them didn't even get on the roof!), and no one else gave us such clear recommendations. During the project they also found that our soffits were cooked, and much of our fascia needed to be replaced. They also recommended new gutters, which was not in the original plan (or budget) but the price they offered was too good to pass up. Mikhail and Eduard were in constant communication throughout the planning, execution, and wrap-up of the project. They updated us on new problems they found, options for how to fix them, and how much it would cost. Their pricing was more than fair, and their team's work was great. We found a few stray nails around the yard since the project, but overall the cleanup was quite thorough considering the amount of work done. I can't recommend K2 highly enough - professional, thorough, and more cost-effective than anyone else we considered. Thank you for all your hard work!

Hi Zach, thank you so much for the review and for trusting our team! Getting up on the roof for a thorough inspection and dialing in proper attic ventilation is standard practice for us—we never guess when it comes to total-home protection. We’re glad we could keep communication clear while replacing the damaged soffits and fascia and installing your new gutters. We appreciate the heads-up on the nails and will have our crew do extra magnetic sweeps on cleanups moving forward. It was a pleasure completing your roof replacement in North Caldwell, NJ—enjoy the new roof system!

K2 roofing have been amazing from the first communication on the phone to the finish of the project. We coordinated the dates, which in 2026 summer NJ weather hasn't been easy with all the storms we've been having. Michael and Eduard have been coordinating their team from start to finish, they have been on site managing and providing me with updates. Only took 2 days. One happy customer here;)
